The Pates

So we actually bought it while I was very pregnant (made moving oh so fun) but as always, I'm a horrible blogger. Maybe one day I'll take pics of the inside LOL.


The house isn't very old so it's not a project like our house in VA (I should post before/after pics of that place!!!) but it was DIRTYYYYY! Josh & Alyssa had a good time cleaning it.
The one big purchase we had to make... so I got what I wanted :)

These 2 pics don't even show half of our almost acre back yard. It's a lot of upkeep for Josh but we love it! And since this pic we (Josh & a few friends) have put in a fence.... the whole acre isn't fenced but a LOT of it is!
(Oh, & we do have a heat pump. This pic was before we bought it & the old one was stolen... which was good for us b/c the sellers put a brand new one in!)

My poor, emotional wreck of a Mother had a great time just a few weeks ago. We all went to her work while my bro and his fam. were in town and went on a lunch boat ride. We had a great time if for nothing more than the company. The kids enjoyed the boat ride more than we did I think but we were all a little too focused on them to really pay much attention to anything else.

And as always, Alex loved spending time with his big cousin Alyssa.

Since I'm not a good blogger admittedly, I'll make no excuses and just post pictures of our new little guy for those of you who haven't seen him. He just turned 10 weeks old and is a GREAT baby. Sleeps really well, eats really well and has a great little personality.


Proud Sissy w/ her brand new brother, James "Cohen" Pate. Best Mother's day present EVER! Born May 8, 2011 8:04am. 9lbs, 2oz, 21 & 1/2 inches long! Yeah... huge! There's a reason I was miserable! Haha!!
