We started the summer off by going to Seven Peaks with Amber and her kids. Fun day!

Our New House
We started building our new house in April. Every. day. is. something. with. the. house. We are burned out! Hopefully about 4 more weeks until we move in. We are so excited! My poor kids haven't had much of a summer. In fact, the other day they were playing their x-box and they had names for some of the characters on the game. I sat there listening to them and found out one was Burt, one was Lumber, (aka Burton Lumber) and the other was Stucco Bob. Hilarious! I cracked up! Yep, that is all they hear us talk about!
Here is the day we dug the basement.
It's been fun to see it all come together but I'm not sure how much more we can take. It has been very stressful on all of us. We're on the countdown!

Easter
I have like 2 pictures of Easter morning this year. It was lame...I am lame. My fault it was not anything fun this year. No string, no hunting for their easter baskets. Oh well, maybe next year. I blame everything on being in a "rental." I feel like I am constantly saying, "as soon as we get out of this rental." Anyway, the kids still had fun and probably don't really care about all the fluff anyway.
The boys got ripsticks and were so excited!
Adults should NOT attempt to get on those things! They are dangerous!

The highlight of the day was when the Easter bunny showed up! We were all sitting at my moms and the doorbell rang. Kaitlyn went to get it and let out a blood curdling scream! Next thing you know in walks the Easter bunny! (aka Brad Orgill) Only he didn't give us any treats, we had to give him treats! It was hilarious... and a little frightening! LOL!!

Spring Break
Over spring break we went to a place called Jump On It. The kids loved it! They have bouncy houses and trampolines all over the place.
Afterwards we went to a place in Prove called Pirate Island. It was such a fun atmosphere!
And yes, I am so behind on this blog that I can't remember if we did anything else. Obviously nothing too exciting! So sad... I need to do better!

Brinley's 5th Birthday!
I can't believe my baby is already 5! It makes me so sad. I am so thankful for little Brin. She has been so much fun! She loves anything GIRL! She loves to sing and dance. She loves to make videos of herself on the computer. It has been so fun to go through and watch them! She is in gymnastics in Tooele and loves it! She loves Little Bill and Wow Wow Wubzy. We have to record every episode for her. She still loves chocolate milk and her latest favorite is potatoes and gravy. She loves to be on the go. Her latest phrase is, "its sooo boring." She is such a sweetheart. Well, most of the time anyway! I have loved every second with this girl! I feel so blessed to have her in my life. I love you Baby Brin!
For her birthday this year she wanted to have a Tangled party. She was so excited for her big day and we were on the count down for waaay to long! I wasn't sure if I was going to make it to that day! That is all we talked about for months! I had so much fun getting ready for it though.

And last but not least... I had this great idea of setting off all these colored lanterns. I had this vision of when they are all floating in the sky like on the movie. Well, didn't quite turn out that way. I think we only got 3 sent off. They wouldn't light for whatever reason. The last one got caught on the power lines in front of our house and I thought for sure they were going to explode. Scary! Luckily it burned out!
