NUS BBA and my Twin! (for a day)
HOHO. Yesterday was kinda boring, but I got hyped up in the afternoon! We skipped OBSE lecture halfway through to visit NUS Business School! (Captain Andrews just didn't happen to be Captivating enough. And DPA students ARE mischievous sometimes. :P)NUS BBA and my Twin! (for a day)
Moreover! That little trip there could earn us 1 CCA POINT! DUH! Who wouldn't go! LOL. It was definitely more exciting than Captain Andrews.
The NUS Campus was huuuuggggeeeeee. Once inside, you feel like you're on an island on its own. They seem to have adopted their own culture, their own heritage, and their own lifestyle. Even their air smelt different.

We were warmly greeted by their own students, many of whom also graduated from business courses in NP. (I suppose they wanted to let us see that there is always possibilities for Ngee Ann students to enter NUS) HOHO.
The students seem really passionate about their campus life, and DO NOT (i emphasize DO NOT belittle ANYONE you see on their land. They are all AT LEAST the top 25% of the entire Singapore JC A level Students. A BIG ROUND OF APPLAUSE FOR ALL THE BRAINS AND HUMILITY THEY DISPLAYED! (no, no sarcasm. SERIOUS!)
Now I know how secondary school students feel when they come to Ngee Ann, and we give them that look. I felt like some alien being watched at a 1m distance. -.- Anyway, the Campus tour was done ON BUS. WEEEE~ (We actually skipped the little Lecture Try-out Session and proceeded straight for the campus tour. Lectures are BORING.) So we boarded the second bus since we couldn't get up the first, and while waiting for people to fill the bus up, we took PICTURES! Actually I was playing Crazy Taxi, BUT, HEHEHE. :D

I was really playing. -.-

We didn't manage to eat at the tea reception afterall since Ruth and Zy were late for their CCA meetings. So we rushed back. NUS gave us 'lil' memorandums before we left though. A brochure, a notebook and a mag. HAHA. How nice! :D

Had dinner with Gary before heading home. Then my bro, my mum and I watched THE GRUDGE 2 on Star World! :D
YES. THE GRUDGE 2. Where the cute white boy sits innocently and silently at a corner and freaks humans out. LOL.

HOHO! (: SCARED RIGHT. :P
ANY OH HOW. TODAY WAS FUN TOOOOOOOOOO! :D
HANA SHARPE WAS AWESOME. OLIVIA NG WAS FANTASTIC. RANDALL BERNARD WAS EXCITING. HAHA! :D
weeeee~
PLUS PLUS PLUS. RUTH AND I WORE THE SAME COLOUR COMBINATION WITHOUT PRE PLANNING! :D HOW COOL IS THAT! :D *jumps up and down and up and down*
SO ZY TOOK A SNAPSHOT OF US! :D Twins for A DAY! :D

Then it was photoshop lessons with Pow. HOHO. TODAY'S LESSON WAS AWESOME. :D
They were teaching us, how to clone properly, use the free transform tool, defining patterns, and creating simple designs. LOL! AND HERE ARE OUR MASTER PIECES! Credits to the people who were in the photos, NbyN, Pow and Me. :D
The first album consisted of a family of 4. The parents, a son, and a daughter.
OUR DESIGNS WERE SIMPLY ARTISTIC TO THE MAX! :D

Here's the first. Basically, you see that we've replaced the daughter's head with a clone of her brother. And made the daughter BUDDHA like. Cause her whole face 'brightens' up the ENTIRE picture with her AURA. Then the mother's face has 3 EYES. COOL RIGHT! (CLAPS) ROFL!
NEXT!

See, the kids were supposed to look SHOCKED because their parents were KISSING. But I thought the son would be a preeeeetyyy good substitute for the lil' boy in THE GRUDGE 2. So, FOR AN ADDED HUMOUR. They're now shocked to see their PARENTS kissing a WHITE AND INNOCENT BOY!
Then I guess we got carried away....
#1 Original

#2 Lips

#3 Zombie Teeth

#4 The THIRD Eye.

AND YOU GET THE HINT HOW WE SPENT 3 HOURS 'DESIGNING'. We did even more Sadistic stuff but I didn't get the chance to snap a shot. HOHO! :D
OH GOODNESS. We laughed till the whole studio was almostttt shaking. :D
TML IS D'DAY I TURN 17! HOHO! :D
and Gary is bringing me out! WEEEE~
Chuanwei just shocked me when he 'sang' me a birthday song through SMS. ROFL!
And THANK YOU FLO FOR THE EARLY and DAILY BIRTHDAY WISHES! LOVE YA HEAPPPPPS. :D
Weijie too. -.- Thanks man. The Just-In-Case-I-Forgot-So-Wish-You-First Birthday wish. LMAO.
Thanks people. The world is joyous. :D I know everyone is REJOICING too! Because when I grow older, everyone else becomes YOUNGER!

My First Parker Pen and a happy deepavali.
Yesterday was my "LAST" day with Jess (again), before she flew off the Qatar. :( But the day was friggin' awesome! :DMy First Parker Pen and a happy deepavali.
We went to the DFS Galleria located down Scotts (opposite Far East Plaza) to grab some cosmetics for an aunt. She was obviously a SISLEY fan.

She bought bottles and bottles and bottles of creams from the Anti - Aging Treatment Series. ROAR. Guess how much THAT cost?

SGD2000 OVER CAN! *STUNNED* 0.0
Fortunately my cousin was there, since she had a 20% discount as an employee of a local tour agency. :) So the total cost was slashed by $400 bucks. (:
BUT WTH! I will NEVER NEVER EVER EVER spend money on aging products. Cause the best way to age, is to feed my skin loads of vitamins from a VARIETY OF FOOD! wheeeeee~
We caught The House Bunny after that big splurge over at Cineleisure. :D And seriously, it was the ULTIMATE CHICK FLICK of the year! :D My cousin, my sister and I laughed our asses off in out seats. HOHO.

So there's Shelly. And the ZETA girls. They're the DOPE. ROFL. So much for being an air head, SHELLY STILL ROCKS. HAHA! :D Her Marilyn Monroe act above a man - hole seriously ROCKED. HAHA! :D
CATCH IT PEOPLE. JUST DO IT. ;)
HOHO. Then we spent the rest of the day chatting non stop. :D chitter chitter chatter chatter.
THEN JESS GAVE ME THE BEST GIFT OF MY LIFE. MY VERY FIRST PARKER PEN!
HAHAH! :D I SO SO SO LOVE IT

Okay, at least the lighting in the second picture does the pen some justice. SEE THE GLISTENING GLOW OF MY PARKER PEN? IT SIMPLY SCREAMS CLASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. (to me only luh. Bet you can't hear it since you're millions of miles away from my pen. And my pen is officially diagnosed with autism from the day it was given to me. :P)
Oh wells!
then today is DEEPAVALI! and ZHIXUN's BIRTHDAY! :D HAPPY BIRTHDAY ZX. (:
and today was also the DO -YOUR -TUTORIALSSS -DAY. :D
HAHAH! halfway through I got distracted. By who? DARREN THE WATERNUTLON
we were just simply SMS-ing.
Then he started talking about Little India since it was Deepavali. Then we had this operation all planned out! :D
First: Remove it from the SG map and Rename it LITTLE DARVIA. (picked from SYLREN or DARVIA. duh. the latter sounds wayyy cooler :D)
Second: Exterminate ALL residents in it.
Third: Remove all traces of dirt to eliminate the possibility of descendants tracing their roots and taking revenge.
Fourth: Disinfect the entire compound to eliminate possibility as stated in the 3rd statement further.
Fifth: Utilise 20 trucks or more of air fresheners to eliminate possibility as stated in the 3rd statement even further than the distance covered in the 4th statement.
Sixth: Prevent descendants from EVER being produced in the next few centuries and decades.
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.
WEEEEE~
honestly, if you read the full details, I could be sued for Racism. Or whatever law they call it. BWAHAHA. xD
goodnesss. and believe me, this isn't the LAMEST conversation we ever had. HAHAH! :D
ANYWAY: THANKS FOR POLLING PEOPLE. :D We've created the LOGO for our Project for the Spring Cleaning NEXT YEAR! And here goessss!
*** drumrolllssssss

I KNOW IT LOOKS AWESOME. wahaha. :P
Now off I go to lalaland! :D

Early Birthday Treats (: and the Lizard on the Tree
HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 3 WAS DA' BOMB!Early Birthday Treats (: and the Lizard on the Tree

SERIOUS! :D They could only get better with each movie. And this, would be, the best. It comprises of a variety of different styles of dance and music, and the stars look even more dazzling than ever (especially Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Anne Hudgens!). I can't wait for the soundtrack to be released! :D I'm soooooooo gonna grab one! :D YAY!
Movies were my mum's treat. HOHO! Then dinner, was my dad's Treat!
We went over to East Coast Park to dine at Jumbo Seafood Restaurant. The weather was puuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurfect! and we saw loads of lil' dogs taking a stroll in the park, and swimming in the sea. It kinda brought back memories of the last dive barbeque at east coast park with our dogs too! Michelle's golden retriever was seriously cute. (: Heehee.
I spotted this LIZARD on the TREE! SPOT IT TOO! :D

See if you can spot it too! (:
p.s if you can't, scroll to the end of this post. :P lousy. HAHA.
BTW, just to mention. MY SISTER AND I WORE THE SAME COLOUR COMBO (again) TODAY! :D

HAHA! :D Always feel so perked up when we go out wearing the same colour. xDxDxD
We had CHILLI CRABS! and A LOT OF SOUP! :D Felt soooooo full! :D Then Jesline drove us over to Parkway Parade to digest the huge load in our tummies. Went round in scouring for a high waisted skirt! But I suppose there weren't many. -.- ROAR. They look HIGH waisted, but they were just basically long-ish. HAHA. Deceiving. ROAR.
Anyway, sister asked Jesline something SERIOUSLY RETARDED today after dinner. First, here's what:

notice that Jesline (she's in Yellow)'s hair is layered such that the outer layer is much shorter than the inner? (: My sis asked: "Is your hair real or not ah?" ROFL duhh. HAHAHA. She thought they looked like extensions. And my bro almost laughed rolling on the floor.
And we spent the entire night roaming about the mall. :D Phew, I'm beat walking. (:
ZHUANG YING AH! I FOUND SOMETHING FOR YOU!

THE WEIGHT GAINER SUPPLEMENTS!
HOHO! :D I think they cost a bomb. But, yeah. HAHA! :D They can be found in all GNC Health Stores!
I'm off now. Buh Bye. :D
P.S Here's the Lizard on The Tree

The BA Comm Stageworks Craze.
YooooHoo!! :D Gym today was seriously fruitful! :DThe BA Comm Stageworks Craze.
Ruth, ZY and I were rushing over to Gymwerkz at 12pm so we could register Ruth for gym orientation. - EH, NO.
It was more like, ZY and I were rushing our cute lil' "child", RUTH for her First day at Gym class! HAHA!
Ruth managed to reach in time for orientation with a rather large group of people, but ZY and I were denied entry into the gym, since the receptionist said "the gym has reached its maximum capacity". -.-
So like parents who were denied access into the classroom of our beloved child on the first day of school, ZY and I anxiously waited outside the gym and observed the 'class' from the huge glass panes. But in the end, we went down to the canteen to wait instead, knowing our anxiety would lead us no where. HAHA. :D
Then we started our workout routine once Ruth got her orientation done (woohoo!). HUURAY! We built loads of muscles, again. :D And ZY was saying, we should eat within an hour after our workout since our body would start producing muscle eating hormones should we neglect food, and our muscles would then be darnnnn small. SO EAT WE DID!
Ate and settled down at the atrium to wait till 5pm for Stageworks to start happening! :D Ruth was hosting (together with Glenn), and Esther was going up on stage! :D WoohoO!
The 2 hours crawled passed reaaaallll slowly at first, BUT WE FOUND ENTERTAINMENT SOON AFTER! We played -> the 5x5 Manual Bingo! :D
But when Ruth went off to start preparing for the Knock-out round of Stageworks, ZY and I played something even more exciting. then we tried something even more exciting than exciting. SERIOUSLY, it was THRILLING!!
Exciting: 8x8 Bingo!!

THRILLINGGGGG: 10x10 Bingo!!!

HAHA! :D YES I KNOW ITS COOL! :D YOU SHOULD TRY IT TOO! :D
Ruth and Glenn were a great pair of hosts in front. (: Interactive, crappy, and full of humor. PLUS, RUTH IS CUTE! HEEHEE :D Yayyy!
Esther was up first! She sang Breathe by Michelle Branch. WOOHOO. (: And CONGRATULATIONS ESTHER! SHE GOT INTO THE TOP 6! muahaha. WAY TO GO GIRL!
Guess her mum was way proud of her. (:
As I was listening to the people singing, I realised they all sang very recent songs. SO! I asked ZY, Why don't ANYONE sing oldies at all? Very patiently, she replied, When you pick a song, you have to see its popularity of the song. If you choose an oldie, and its not popular, then no one would know about it. When that happens, no one will know how to appreciate what you're singing! Cannot choose too popular a song also, since everyone will know it and if you make a mistake, everyone will find out.
; HOHO. WTH. So much to consider just to sing a song.
But I think BA Communications is seriously cool. Ohkay. More like the people and the talent. :D I'm sooooo going for the Finals of Stageworks in November. GOOOOO ESTHER!
Before I finish, here's a picture of MY TOCCO! :D (photo courtesy of ZY's samsung and Background by Ruth's 8GB iPod Pouch!)******DRUMROLLLLLLLLLLL:

*** TADAH!
Thank you. I know its pretty. :P
Find more of such skins at GWrap, Basement 1, Plaza Singapura. They do laptops, handphones etcetc. (:
byee!
POSTNOTE: I saw this tag on ZY's blog by Ruth! And it was reaaaalll CUTE!
REPEAT: syl + zy = ruth's 2 sunshines!
YAY - I feel so happy, I feel like I'll LOL when I'm sleeping. HAHA!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO JESS!
My eyes are half closed and I feel like I'm Floating. LOL. Yoooooohooo! :DHAPPY BIRTHDAY TO JESS!
Today was preeeety fun! (: Got up slightly earlier (to gary: Really luh. just a liiiiilllll earlier only. x)), and slowly strolled to Bishan. HAHA!
YA RIGHT - no luh. I took the MRT! :P
and I surprised GARY! :D:D:D:D (YAY. I know the surprise was good. THANK YOU. :D) ROFL. We were caught in a jam on the way to school though, and the seat was seriously crammed. To prove how cramped we are, here's EVIDENCE;

See how constipated Gary looks? xD (I know I look seriously out of angle, but that's not the point. -.-)
Ohkay, initially we were just trying out the 5 megapixel on my new Tocco (yes, I'm honestly proud of my NEW and GORGEOUS phone :P), but I guess we forgot about the slight lag in camera technology. :P HAHA. So that explains the weird expressions. But he still looks like his cramming up right?!
My first MIEC tutorial was GREAT. WHY? :D Because HANA SHARPE rocks! :D Right. That's not only because she smiled and greeted me good morning even thought I was late for class, but because! She is a fantastic economics teacher with a passion to teach. HAHA. :D
Huuuray! She's so gonna be nominated for the Academic Awards for Teaching. :D (by me of course. :P Please nominate her HERE too!! only if you're a NP student.)
The lessons for the rest of the day were kinda boring.
BComm was just idling and trying to run after the trail of words Mrs Olivia Ng leaves behind since she speaks faster than a choo-choo train.
BLaw was the struggle to keep awake and take notes. HOHO. I DID LEARN SOMETHING OK! :D HOHO. ohkay, I just can't recall now. but! :P I did. I swear.
To my dearest Ruthhhhhhh; Please CHEER UP! :D
Chill! :D The skies are always blue but if they make you blue, then the skies are not doing good! (I don't think I made sense, but yeah)
SAY EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE like how you always do! :D Like:

We are always here for you! You know the theme song of F.R.I.E.N.D.S!? YAYA! That! :D Hehehe. (:
Yesterday's post was kinda short cause I needed to catch my beauty sleep urgently:
but I missed out on a few things.
Happy Belated Birthday to Michelle! :D Hope the fins fit! :D

Photoshop lesson with Pow was interesting. I seriously couldn't understand the Indian slang of my instructor at all. No offense, but I was struggling to make out English words and construct sentences with all that I could make out. Pow managed to catch Key words. HAHA! :D Then we were playing with the tools and trying it out on a photo of this really pretty girl. Poor girl. Her photo suffer fatal damages. :P
Then we went to The Cathay! :D Initially I wanted to get the pair of limited ed. Havaianas (the one with the metallic logo, something like flo's)! But it wasn't out yet, and they asked me to book online. -.-
So we walked out AND WALLAH! :D We saw a TODO board.

It was all POST ITs!! And a few caught my eyes. (but MANY caught Pow's). I posted one too! :D But SHUCKS, I forgot to snap it. -.- Any oh how. Here are some reallllyyy nice ones. :D

here's one with my name. :P But it turned out to be a guy named Sylvester instead. HAHA.
and a couple of Artistic ones. (:

Then I gave my Tocco a skin wrap! :D YAY! Much thanks to Pow for selecting the CUTESTTTTT Monkey on display. HAHA! (Reminds me of some skinny monkey I've seen around somewhere in campus... ) :D It seriously looks GORGEOUS now! I'll prolly post a picture of it soon! :D
You see... You can't possibly take a picture of Your phone with Your phone's camera.
Pow said you could. Since light took 'some' time to travel. So first you Aim and focus your phone camera lens on a blank space below it, ensuring that the space is approximately the size of your phone. Get ready, SNAP! AND THEN QUICKLY PLACE THE PHONE IN THE SPACE YOU LEFT BLANK SO THE PICTURE OF YOUR PHONE IS TAKEN BY YOUR PHONE'S CAMERA!
ROFL, you catch the joke ? If not, you're just WOLS. yes. WOLS. (if you read it literally as wols, you're honestly SLOW.)
Ok. Now I'm off to plan for yet another pleasant surprise for that skinny bumbum. :D Tooodles!
PLEASE STILL POLL! :D THANK YOU!
Labels: Please Poll. (;
Clementi Project Needs a LOGO! :D

Early Birthday Surprises.
MY DAD IS GETTING ME A SAMSUNG F480 TOCCO FOR MY BIRTHDAY! :D:D:D
Early Birthday Surprises.
HUUUUUUUURAAYYYYYYY! (if you don't already feel my excitement, here's where the whole hooha comes in!) xD
>
Ohkay, Its seriously COOL to the MAX. I so love it's touchscreen thing. (its the craze now right? :P) I'm not exactly in love with the PHONE since I always had the iPhone in mind. But OH WELLS. (: It couldn't get any better than this. Heehee. :D
The reviews only make me more excited -
...with the F480 being a tiny bit thinner at an incredible 11.6mm. The camera on the F480 is very similar to the one on the F490 - 5 megapixels with autofocus, digital zoom and LED flash. The Tocco has a good music player (as you'd expect) that can play most file formats and has the advantage over the F490 of having an FM radio included. We're also delighted to see the huge amount of memory supplied: 240 Mbytes of internal memory, plus the option to add up to 8 Gbytes of microSD memory.
Review: Samsung F480 Tocco, http://www.mobile-phones-uk.org.uk/samsung-f480.htm
Okayie, Now I just can't wait! :D
Today's MIEC Lecture was pretty fun. Gary crashed and the lecturer approached him in the middle of class for some pop quiz. LOL! I almost ROFL. It was 'amazing' how he managed to pass himself off as a Year 1 successfully. xD Then I was disturbing Gary and Zy by scribbling on their notes.
I wrote LOADS of "HELLOs!" on ZY's notes. Then she replied, "HI! ROAR! ME TOO. Talk to gary la =)"
Then I wrote, "Hello!! Kitty!! She'll play with you today!!" And she replied, "Sally will find you tonight! =D"
(Who's Sally? Some Sadako lookalike, only uglier, with bloodier eyes and longer hair and yucky toenails.)
Gary? He drew this really weird guy on te corner of my paper. I even doubt whether its a guy. HAHA!

Then he wrote "So hardworking WOR ..."
So he wrote, "You free next Monday?" (and next monday was Deepavali). Its a Public Holiday! and I'm usually stuck at home entertaining my mum with my presence oh such days.
So to reject him in a REALLY NICE WAY, I wrote "Nope! I'm Half Indian! :P"
Seriously, it was meant to make it seem like I needed to celebrate the public holiday at home. But he thought it was TRUE. Goodness -.-
I WANT ROASTED CHESTNUTS FROM BUKIT BATOK! ZY BRING ME THERE! (or shall we kidnap the uncle?!) ROFL.

Tortilla Crunch!
YAY! I've finally FINALLY finished doodling with HTML codes for the new blogskin. Gosh. I can feel my head cracking up already. Tortilla Crunch!
Oh wells. Before I forget, (its already slipping from my mind), I went for a concert last Friday with YuanYuan, Pow, Joyce, Joshua and the NCWO juniors at the Victoria Concert Hall.
I guess the circle seat was great, and the view was spectacular as usual. Of the 8 pieces performed, I guess I loved Pictures at an Exhibition the most. :) The movements moved me too.
Apart from appreciating music, I guess watching Mr Ian Lum and Mr Leonard Tan conduct was great. (: After the concert, the juniors were all hyped up and enthusiastically waited for the STAR (Mr Lum) to appear with his za bor peng you (in dialect) to snap pictures together. HAHA. I seriously thought this was amusing. It was like some wedding reception, and the group of us were anxiously waiting to take a hard-to-come-by picture with the Bride and Groom. LOL. xD oh wells. Here's one.

The atmosphere after a successful concert is always one to be celebrated with. All the hyped up enthusiasm from the hypnotized audience and the musicians who worked so hard to put up such a great show makes the ending a celebration. :D
Dinner/Supper was eaten at Mcdonalds @ Boat Quay. and then we chiong-ed for the last MRT home from Raffles Place. :D HOHO. I'm sorry Pow, for being so noisy all the way back home. HAHA. Thanks for putting up with me. (:
Was just chatting w/ ZY and I was telling her about my weird dream last night that fed me ecstasy.

Jaden at the Popiah Party.
My sister is 11 years and 1 day old TODAY! (: and we went over to my aunt's for a Popiah Party in the afternoon, since my cousin brought her baby boy over. :DJaden at the Popiah Party.
His name is Jaden. And he is sucha DARRRRRRRLINGGG. Chubby cheeks, a bright toothless smile, and a heap of enthusiasm. He loves crowd, food and smiling. HAHA! What a cute lil boy he is. :D Hasn't cried out loud yet, unless you intentionally remove him from a large gathering, and is all bubbly and adorable. :D He kept staring at us eating popiah. Bet mine was exceptionally delicious that's why he couldn't take his eyes of mine. :P

| From Random |
Why Popiah Party you ask? Cause we're eating popiah?! DUH! hahaha. My cousin bought the ingredients and we were having loads of fun creating our very own, custom popiahs. We added loads of sauce, prawns, crabmeat, duck, veg, crushed peanuts and so on. LOL. YUMMMMMMM.
We were all busy catching up and all. Then I realized my niece and nephew loved violent games. HAHA. They were laughing and giggling as they murdered the boss with all sorts of random weapons you can find in a normal office in WHACKYOURBOSS.COM. Then they played Ragdoll Physics with G.W. Bush as the doll being slammed from corner to corner on the screen. -.- How fun can that be? *cringes*
Then there was ebi- the black poodle. She usually pees when she gets really excited, especially when she gets visitors! So my aunt made her wear panties, so it doesn't spill all over, and looked really cute with them on!
| From Random |
But I figured she really didn't like it. She moved like her butt was hurting, and she would get really upset when you laugh at her. Then she'll isolate herself under the dining table, or do the reverse entry (butt first) into her little dog house for a while to hideaway and save her dignity. Dog Ego. LOL. She really doesn't like being wrapped up.
Right. and now I'm home. Last picture for the day!

The Birthday Princess. lol.
