Last Day of School 2015

I love to take a first day of school pic and a last day of school pic because I enjoy seeing how much my growing little girls have changed!

Nora made a best friend for life this year and loved her teachers! (Her pics are last from first day)

Audrey was teachers pet.

Elise enjoyed her last year of pre-half day pre K and enjoyed spending time with mommy!!

Audrey's 7th Bday!!

Audrey's 7th Bday Party was a total success!  She invited some of her besties to an ballerina themed ice cream social at scoops on the square!

She had a real life ballerina come and each girlie got a scoop of their fav ice cream!!  I personally loved all the pink and gold decor!  And take a gander at that cake...it was made by yours truly!  Gotta love a homemade cake!! Yumm!!

This sweet girl loves all things girlie!  She loves dressing pretty and dancing...hence the ballerina themed bday party!  Looking through the pictures she is all smiles.  Must have been a great day!  Love  my sweet Audrey!

Christmas 2014

Christmas Card 2014.

We have Christmas Eve dinner every year with some friends. Santa and Mrs. Clause always come for a quick visit!

We started of Christmas with the Annual Christmas Parade on the Fayetteville Square.  It was ridiculously small this year.  But my friend from Cali and I got a good giggle.  Why not wait 30 min in the sprinkling rain for a 5 min parade?! LOL!

Elfie, our elf on the shelf, was pretty active this year!!  (Shhhh.  He's not really from the North Pole, Grandma Bolinger made him for the girls the few years ago!)

We gave the grandparents a little crafty gift!!  Thanks again, Pinterest!!

Some friends of ours made REAL gingerbread and invited us over to make gingerbread houses!!

Christmas Eve!

Christmas Morning was Barbiegate!  Thanks to all the grandparents and family who chipped into the Barbie theme!!  They got some pretty cool stuff besides barbie too!!

Most everyone we knew was out of town for Christmas, so our good friends who have family in Cali (side note...her sister knows my sister...small world) and us went out to eat for Hibachi!!  We invited the Elders too!!  Fun was had by all plus no kitchen to clean! :)

A few days After Christmas, we tried to teach our girls the joy of service.  We helped out at the Midwest Food Bank in PTC.  They has us packaging up Valentine's lollipops for food pantry's!!  We really enjoyed it...even the littlest one!!

Elise is 4

On November 29th, my baby girl turned 4!! She's not a baby anymore, but I will forever call her baby girl, to her dismay!  She had a "Frozen" themed bday party, just like every other little girl did this year...lol!

Thank you pinterest for all the cute idea's to turn my home into an ice castle with all your cute decorating party ideas!  Seriously, how did we survive without pinterest??

Anyway,  We had a "Do you want to build a snowman" play dough competition. Note...competitions at this age of little girls is not a good idea...someone (or 3) will cry.

Nora dressed up as a towns person from Arondale and she planned the party.  First would be the play dough, second would be story time where she read the girls a "Frozen" story, third would be freeze dance using "Frozen" soundtrack.  I was very proud of how she kept all those little girls entertained!

The most important part was the gifts, of course.  She scored with some awesome "Frozen" toys!!

Thanks to all the grandparents who mailed gifts and friends who came!! :)  We love you guys!!
