New Years Eve

We rang in the New Year with an early dinner at Romie's with the Kahlstorf/Sutherland crew, party of 12.  We then shot fireworks at Honey's house and were home way before the New Year.  The Dowden kids joined us for the fireworks.

These four liked being away from all the firework action and just watched from the steps.

More Christmas

A few days after Christmas we had the Kahlstorf family Christmas at Aunt Meachie and Uncle Billy's house. Our sweet friends, Jonathan and Kristen, were spending the night with us that night so they joined us! It's always fun to get together with Brannon's cousins.

A Night of Bowling

After spending the afternoon at the park, we decided to take the kids bowling. This was my girls first visit to Rebelanes, and Brannon and I had not been in years! Aunt M.E., Sean and Honey joined us too! A fun time was had by all!

I think I might have been the worst bowler out of the 4 of us. Of course the girls had a little help from the ball roller and the bumpers.

These two crazy girls entertained us by dancing and singing in chairs!

Christmas at Honey's

Melissa and Tom got in to town on the 26th so we celebrated Christmas with them that night. It was wild and fun, and the kids had a great time being together and opening more presents!

Aunt M.E. gave both girls a big jewelry box full of fun jewelry.

They loved Aunt M.E.'s gift!

The day after Christmas we ate a delicious meal and opened presents at Minna's house.
Caroline came out of Minna's bathroom showing us how she had rolled her own hair.

Christmas morning was full of excitement! We played with our Santa toys and then headed out the door for church. After our Christmas church service, my family, Honey and M.E. joined us for brunch at our house and more presents.

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve is always such a special night! This year we went to our candlelight service at the Orchard. Later that night Brannon read the Christmas story and Twas the Night Before Christmas. The girls put out cookies and milk for Santa and reindeer food outside. They were filled with excitement!

Letters to Santa

We wrote letters to Santa a little late this year but thankfully Freddy elf came to our rescue and delivered them to the big man in red. Anna Grant's list kept getting longer and longer and she came up with all new ideas with only two days left until Christmas!
