THE JOHNSONS

Kaysen had his first dentist appointment today! Kaylea went to spend the morning with Sharla Thain. The two older kids were in school. So Kaysen and I went to the Dentist. I went first so he could see what they did and he went to the other room with the other dentist and started on him while they worked on me. He did so good!!

Kaitlyn had her 2nd Dance Performance! She did great, it is so fun watch the little ones and there talents!

So Kaysen has been going cross eyed, so we took him to the doctor to see what was going on with his eyes. Well it ended up that he needed glasses because he has lazy eye and he is near sided. So he tries to focus on things that are up close and the other eye will go in to the middle. We are having fun trying to keep him to wear the glasses. Grandpa Auger has been able to help out lots on getting him to wear them. Thanks Grandpa for all the help!

The two older kids have school monday and wednesday so I have the mornings with the two younger ones. We put Kaylea in the forward car seat so she could see and she loved it. Kaysen wanted to sit by her and be a big boy to.

Well this year I started out with several callings. I am on the RS Enrichment Committee, Activity Day Leader for the 8-9 year old, Basketball coach. Then last Sunday I was called as the Ward Historian. That is one big calling keeping a journal of the Ward. I'm excited to do it. So we have a blog that I keep everything on, mapletonward.blogspot.com. Then I was called and told I was going to be released from the RS. I was sad but something had to go. Kameron is the Elders Quorum President and was the Basketball coach. For the Ladies of the Basketball team we have done very well. We play March 16th at 8:00 to see if we are first or second in the stake. Then we will be going to regions.

Wow, Wow, Wow! So I was late and took 2 different test that came back (-). So I was confused at why I was so late. We decided to go to Stokes and get a digital test and on the way home we stopped at Ransoms Gas Station. I ran in and then rapped it in a towel and put it in my pocket. Got in the car we headed out and then I took it out to look at it. Well I guess you can say we where surprised with the result. We are happy to bring another little one to the family. Kaden and Kaitlyn keep talking about the new baby. In there prayers at night they always bless the new baby. They are so excited. Kaden wants a boy and Kaitlyn wants a girl. I'm due Oct 23, 2011.

Wow we are getting so much snow! It doesn't help with the wind to make our drive way bad. Doug Porter came and plowed us out with the rest of the subdivision. The kids sure did like watching him on the tractor.
