That I am posting??? I have totally lost patience with how long it takes me to upload photos. anyways-I guess I had a few patience today so here goes...
here is a picture from the "daisy" party that I have been talking about. I bought a daisy platter which everyone knows necessitates having a daisy party. ( It was NOT a broken egg party as this picture may indicate.) these were the 10 girls that weren't on fancy vacations for spring break. they each made about 20 flowers to take home.

That is why I call a super-hero to come over and do the job. Or when you need someone to wrestle the imposters......

Would it be fun for me to continually post the bad decisions I make??? Over Christmas break (I haven't blogged for a while).
I had a cute little craft party for Abby - decided to do it the day before and so It was low stress- they made bath salts, had a hot-chocolate bar, and decorated sugar cookies.. It went well...
AND then...
the boys wanted a party cuz its clearly not fair...so for some insane reason I tell them (before I go skiing) that they can MAYBE invite a few friends over for a lateover that night.
here are the facts:
skiing is tiring-especially when you are out of shape
boys called 11 of their friends to come over while I was gone
Boys- did I mention??? 11 BOYS (ranging in age from 7 to 9)
4 hours
no activities planned
some food
no referees
no gym
no husband that likes the idea
- lesson learned...boys parties MUST have limits on TIME, amount of boys, and have activities planned- or a large gym far away from where you can hear the incessant arguing.

Another good white-elephant was this paper made out of elephant poo.

I came out of my room the other day, on a day when we were just staying home doing nothing, I saw Brandon sitting on the couch with his legs crossed and his hands clasped together like this and for some reason Right there for a few minutes I Loved my Life and was Happy, Grateful and very Content. I have had a "few" of these moments - have you? Where were you?

I'm all for world peace and ending hunger, but I thought it would be fun to post some of the things that only a materialistic person would love - you know like Oprah's favorite things.- and I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it if everyone else would do the same cuz since I haven't bought ONE present yet- it would be nice to know what people are yearning for this year- or even what their kids are yearning for.

A water bottle delivery service that would fill my fridge downstairs every week with 16.9 oz bottles of water. (I don't know if this actually exists- but wouldn't it be nice.)
Lots of nice socks (black and brown- no fuzzy scratchy stuff inside).
Peppermint twist lotion and body wash (haven't seen in any Bath and Body Works store this year). But also LOVE the new twilight woods scent-good stuff- not as good as peppermint though- that is the best I love the tingly-just clean feeling it leaves.
An I-phone would be nice as long as I am wishing BIG.
