Hello fellow scrapbookers!!! Welcome to "Lasting Memories" which is all about LAYOUTS!! Yes, JUST layouts! There are no cards allowed here. We have weekly themed challenges, but you have the whole month to get in on the fun! Our challenges begin each Sunday at 8am EST and all 4 challenges will end on the date listed on the sidebar at 6pm EST. At month's end, we will choose a GDT to join us for a month! Only one entry per challenge, and no back-linking is allowed since we would love to know that we "challenged" you. We look forward to challenging you and helping you get your pages completed!

LM #793 - This or That

Hello, hello, and  happy Easter to you all! Welcome back to Lasting Memories. It is the start of a new month and that means that it is time for a new theme and a new set of challenges. This month we will play a game of THIS or THAT! This is design team member Cheryl, and I am challenging you to choose between the following two options to inspire your layout.

Introducing our April Guest Designer

Happy Saturday, scrappy friends! Thanks for dropping by Lasting Memories, where we issue fun challenges every week to help you get those scrapbook pages done. Tomorrow will kick off our April challenges, but today we want to thank our March guest designer, Vivi, for sharing her amazing artwork with us. Thanks, Vivi, and we look forward to seeing your work again on the challenge posts.

Now it's time to meet our April guest designer. She is a long-time player in our challenges and has been a guest designer before, but it's always a treat to welcome Jessica to our crew!

Hello, my name is Jessica Shurts. I live in Minnesota with my husband and 5 kids ages 19, 17, 15, 13, and 7. I started scrapbooking when I was in high school. Between cooking meals, driving my kids to all their activities (lots of soccer and dance), and being a family and senior photographer, I love using fun papers and products to tell my family's stories and using my Cricut to make unique embellishments and titles for my layouts.

Good morning, everyone, and thanks for stopping by to check out this week's challenge. We feel so lucky to be a part of  your scrappy world! This is Jill, and this month we're working on clearing some items out of our stash by using some word play. Introducing Our March Guest Designer

Hello everyone, and thanks for visiting us here at Lasting Memories, where it is always about layouts! Can you believer it's already the last day of February? That month flew by for me, with two weeks of torrential rain followed by two weeks of sunshine, but I got some scrapping done in the midst of it all. Hope you all got some memories scrapped in February, too. 

Are you ready for some new inspiration yet? Well, you will have to wait until tomorrow, but in the meantime, here's a treat for you, an introduction to our guest designer for March. Please help us welcome Vivi!

I`m Vivi Casale, 58 yo, married to the love of my life, and live in Sao Paulo, Brazil. I have worked as a Secretary for over 30 years now, and since 2009 when I found out about card making and scrapbooking, I  have being enjoying my free time with those. I love to scrapbook the photos that I take during my travels; at this moment, I`m working with photos from my trip to Italy, France and Egypt. LM #787 - The Power of Words: Emojis

Good morning, and welcome back to another Lasting Memories challenge. This is design team member Cheryl with our final words-related challenge. I recently read The Hobbit with my daughter as part of her home school English class, and one of the themes of the book is the power of words, which inspired me to see how we can use words to great effect on our layouts. This week's challenge turned out to be pretty challenging for our design team, so I can't wait to see what you all come up with!
