Panda Bear Belly Box

My Mother-in-law has been in the hospital all week... So to brighten up her room, I made her this Panda Bear Belly box (svg file from "My Scrap Chick"). She likes Pandas.  Not sure what I'm actually going to put into it BC she's currently on a liquid diet so no candy. I was thinking maybe some artificial spring type flowers.

Hugs & Kisses Baby Girl Layout

I am soooo behind on my scrapbooking.  I have been making other papercrafting projects and cards lately and haven't been doing many layouts for quite some time.  So I have decided I need to get on the ball and get more done.  I'll try to post them here as I complete them.

To create this layout of my little niece, I used both George and Basic Shapes Cricut cartridge and Sugar & Spice Cricut Lite cartridge.

I am also really bad about not getting my photos printed until a later date and then I forget the date of when the actual photos were taken.  So I decided to try and get all the photos I take each month printed at the end of the month and jot on the back info about each pic... that will make journaling so much easier. We'll see if I can do it!

Last of the Valentine Printables...

Finally, the last of the Valentine printable goodies...

These little Laffy Taffy toppers are from Creations by Kara
She also shows how to attach them to the topper on her blog.

These were actually printables for Pop Tarts but I shrunk them

down in size and trimmed the edges to use for my Sweet Tarts
candies.  You can find the printable at
Crafty Morning.

There are a ton of mustache Valentine printables on the net...
the printables I chose to use are from I Heart Naptime
After printing out all these Valentine printables, I started to
run out of black ink... so I kept one mustache as a gray looking
one and cut the rest from black card stock with my Cricut.
Then glued them to the lips that I printed from I Heart Naptime.
To add the sucker, I punched a small hole in the center
of the mouth and pushed the sucker stick through.

Another great printable from Zakka Life -
the Rockin' Valentine Lollipop Cards.

And finally, for my younger nephews...
I found these cute heart shaped pencil printables at
Positively Splendid.

Hope you have a very Happy Valentine's Day!

XOXO

And even more Valentine Treat Printables...

Here are more of the goodies that I included in my
Valentine Treat bags for my nephews and niece this year.

I hope they like Cherry Kool-Aid... since they will be drinking
a lot of it with these fun Valentine's from Moms By Heart.

Who doesn't love hot chocolate.  I have attached these cute
little tags from Just Rhonda onto packets of Swiss Miss
Hot Cocoa then a burgundy colored ribbon to top it off.

Over at the Organized Christmas website, I came across these
funny Cupid Poop printables... I have seen people use red and
pink M & Ms for Cupid poop before, but I chose to use boxes of
Hot Tamales Cinnamon candies that I picked up from
Wal-Mart.  Each box was only .98 cents.

It's a bird, It's a plane,
It's a Super Valentine printables over at Zakka Life

I cereal-sly love this printable... although these small boxes of cereal
are not quite enough for my nephews at breakfast time (they usually have several bowls of cereal),  I just love the pun of this card from Cupcake Diaries.

One more post on the Valentine goodies still to come later this evening.

More FREE Valentine Printables

If you have been following my blog, you'll know I made several goody bags for my 5 nephews and 1 niece for Valentine's Day.  I have included lots of little goodies for them.... found so many great printables online.
Here are more I'd like to share with you.

For my niece and younger nephews, I included crazy straws in their goody bag. I found these really fun SIP SIP HOORAY printables for crazy straws over at
Kinzie's Kreations.

Look how cute these Smartie printable Valentine's are...
from Seven Thirty Three.  Plus there are a ton of more great
Valentine printables found there. To attach the Smarties to the card,
I used Valentine washi tape that I found at Target Dollar Spot.

Rebecca over at Simple As That blog has created some great
printables for Pop Rocks candy.  Check them out HERE on her blog.

Here are some EXTRA Awesome
Valentine's from Crafting Chicks.

This next one is actually not a printable,
but the idea came from Zakka Life.

For the love bug poop Tic Tac wrapper,
I found the printables over at Somewhat Simple.

The XOXO Tic Tac Toe Printable came from Nest of Posies.

These cute Love Bug Valentine printables were mostly for my little
niece because the boys are all to old for little plastic bugs except
I thought my youngest nephew would have some fun scaring his siblings
and parents with the big spider.  These cute jar printables are from
Make Zine.

What is Valentine's day without CHOCOLATE... here is a super sweet Hershey's candy bar wrapper.  The free printable is actually for a KING size candy bar.  I had my crafty hubby who is a genius when it comes to printables shrink the printable to fit a regular sized Hershey candy bar.  The King size Hershey bar wrapper can be found at Less Cake More Frosting.

And the back of the wrapper...

More to come...

Check out these FREE Valentine Printables

I was amazed at how many fun Valentine printables I came across on pinterest... oh and did I mention FREE, too!  I made several goodies for my five nephews and niece using these really cute printables.

Their goody bags were pretty big. I used a gallon ziploc bag for each one and created a bag topper using Valentine scrapbook paper from the Target Dollar spot.  I didn't want to use my nice heavier Valentine cardstock since I know they'll just rip the bags open and toss the paper.

My nephew Daniel is a fan of Zombies, so when I saw this printable I
knew it would be perfect for him.  It can be found on Nancy's blog at DoSmallThingsWithLove

What preteen boy is not a fan of Minecraft?  Check out these
super cute Minecraft Valentine's at Over The Big Moon blog.

Amy over at Living Locurto always comes up with some of the cutest printables.  Look how fun these little iPhone Valentine candy box wrappers are.  For these and more great printables, go to her blog at Living Locurto.

In the above pic, top row shows both sides of wrapper.
These fit over the small boxes of Candy Conversation Hearts.
Here is a close up...

LEGO and Ninjago have always been a popular theme with my nephews.
Here are some more fun printable Valentine's  and wrappers for the mini
candy bar nuggets. Another great printable from Over The Big Moon.

Because there are so many photos and links to share, I've decided
to divide this topic into a few different posts.  I'll share more of
what was in their goody bags later today.  Thanks for stopping by!

Carousel Cupcake Stand

So much for the 100 Day Blog Challenge I tried doing months ago... had surgery in October for an Umbilical Hernia, had a bad reaction to some meds shortly after surgery (while I was still in hospital) which caused the hernia to reoccur so had to have another surgery in December and have been recovering ever since.  Recovery time takes longer when they have to do a surgery in same location as a recent one... and more painful.  Finally getting back to my old self some what again but not 100% yet. Have to see another surgeon tomorrow about some damage that the last surgeon caused... so it seems neverending.

But anyway, I have had some time to do some scrapping... I have been working on several Valentine stuff and actually completed a double layout last week.  Pics to come!  First I'd like to share the carousel cupcake stand that I made for my Mother In Law.  The svg file came from the Carousel Ride kit over at SVGCuts.com  I found the base to be the most complicated part to create... which is crazy bc it looks to be pretty simple. I don't think I will be making another one of these anytime soon.  I have also made the ferris wheel from SVG Cuts before and it was much easier.  Here is my take on the carousel.
