The Cakes

All cakes on the menu are “filled,” though I’m happy to make plain king cakes upon request at a reduced rate. With the exception of the traditional French Galette des Rois, the cakes all begin with a base of sweet cream cheese filling (easily be omitted for those with dietary restrictions). Additional flavors may be added throughout the season, so check back here and feel free to make suggestions for flavors you’d like to see.

I generally make cakes for pick-up Wednesday thru Saturday (other days possible, but not promised). The pick-up location is my home on Louisa Street in the Bywater. Please feel free to email me (cmniels@gmail.com) with your cake request, making sure to include the date and type of cake, and a phone number I can call to confirm pick-up time. You can also always call me (302 531 5311) and leave a message.
