Charlie

quick update. our family is complete.

Charles Jeffrey (Charlie) was born on July 20, 2012 @ 1:44pm.

6lbs 13 oz 18 in

he is so wonderful. so perfect. so tender and a complete delight to have in our family.
it has been a rough go, the first 2 weeks of his life were uncomfortable, challenging, and trying.
it has been some of the hardest days of my life.
as of today, all is well. we are happy and home and comfortable.
i will post his birth story once life settles down (if it ever does).

Happy Fathers Day

Jared is such a wonderful dad. i dont know if my kids could have a better father.

With out Jared; ????

1/ I feel completely confident in saying that Mya would not be in this world. Jared did EVERYTHING to ensure that her birth mother maintained the pregnancy. When Mya was born, jared put the crib in HIS room. fed her bottles. found her babysitters when he needed to work. i know that Mya was brought to jared .... because he loved her before he ever met her.... she is a daddy's girl... she is adored by her daddy. and she is such a blessing ...

2/there were many times in my life that i never imagined that Asher would have the experiences and guidance from a man that he has with Jared. Jared is his daddy. Asher knows nothing else. and for THAT i am beyond thankful

3/ Elliot would not have the fun carefree personality that he has.

4/ I would go crazy. he is not only my "sanity" but he is my level head. what i lack. . . he possesses. especially in the parenting department.

random

summer has hit full force.

pregnancy has hit full force.

i have diabetes again.

elliot spent 2 days admitted to Primary Childrens a few weeks ago. he had an ear infection that caused him to have septic symptoms. scary stuff.

he is back to his normal self. walking. running. babbling. i genuinely believe that he is a mini genius.

baby boy Boog will be here July 28th at 10 am ish... if i keep him in that long. and things are looking that way.

we love living 100 feet from the swimming pool.

asher caught his first fish today. he is growing up.

i broke my front tooth.. and looked like a hillbilly for an entire weekend. it was rough.

we have a very simple bird feeder sitting on our porch and it is a huge hit!- the neighborhood birds are literally flocking to it.

my sister moved back to my parents house so i have been enjoying my time as aunt kim... loving on my darling niece madalyn.

we have trial for custody/child support issues in July regarding mya.

it would be much better if her M mom would just say goodbye. but o well.

a DCFS case has been opened against her, to ensure that any and all children, mostly Mya .. are safe in her care and in the environment she has them staying in. she is not very sanitary. and has my 3yr old innocent daughter sleeping in the same bed as her 2 older sisters, in the same room as a 10 year old boy that has no relation to mya. ugh.

counting down till im not pregnant anymore. i fell in the shower tonight. it was graceful. very.

asher is in a big boy bed. finally. go him!

Elliot had a great first bday cinco de mayo party. it was great.

July is going to be busy busy=4th of July, jared's bday, Ash's bday, 24th of july, our anniversary, and the birth of boy #3.

Madalyn

IM AN AUNT

i love love love my little niece Madalyn. she is amazing. such a sweet little girl. and i could eat her up i adore her so much!---

my little tough sister dilated to a 9 before she got an epidural. it was super impressive.

she came in to our family at 11:05 am... May 4 2012--- after an entire night of laboring.

weighing 6lb 1oz.. exactly my guess. ;)

she has beautiful dark hair. sweet eyes. and long fingers and toes. <3

i am so excited to have her in my family and to watch her grow up. im so amazed at what a wonderful mommy my sister is.

must go!

Things that must go.

1. people who HONK their horn to tell people to "come outside"... no matter what hour of the day... get yourself out of your car, and walk to the door. LAZY!

2. Toddlers and Tiaras. Celebrity Apprentice. Operation Repo. 16 and pregnant.

3. Diesel trucks. that are NOT for work purposes. that are simply for driving purposes. can't stand ya!

4. Dead beat "parents" that refuse to pay their court ordered child support. why why why do you think you are the exception to the law. you are not.

5. the ridiculous law that says you can not with hold visitation when said DEAD BEAT does not pay said child support. {or is 6 months behind owing over $1600} i just dont have any money. i know i work full time, but i need to get my hair and nails done before sustaining a life that i lay claim to. winning!

6. unwanted advice ...when unconditional support is much more appropriated

7. Terrible Twos. i need not expand.

8. comparison. it truly is the thief of happiness.

9. texting/talking on the phone while driving. havent we learned our lesson????
10. back/hip/shoulder/BODY pain from pregnancy.

11. parents who allow their kids to do anything, like throw water bottles at cars, or climb on the hood of your vehicle.

12. toddlers/ young children who make a gun motion with their fingers. at you. or your children. i will ALWAYS say something to them. why should I HAVE to be the one to tell your child that is wrong?

13. People who go out the ENTRANCE of a store. you are in my way. there are 2 designated areas for a reason! an exit AND an entrance. makes sense right?

14. close followers. who are talking on their cell phone. but who are so close to you that you can feel their breath on your neck.

15. nesting. what the heck is the point?!?! i dont want to stress about preparing for a baby. i want to enjoy preparing for a baby.

bright side

Bright Side

> im getting sooo gigantic. BUT. i know my little baby boy is growing healthy and strong
> i am so lonely during the day stuck in the house. BUT. i have the privileged of staying home with my kids
> moving was rough. really rough. BUT. we are settled in our new place. its better than we expected. and my entire home is organized wonderfully
> asher is dealing with the terrible twos. BUT. i am desperately learning my most lacking trait- patience
> mya is spending every other weekend with her dreadful birth mom. BUT. we maintain full custody
> Jared's work is exhausting. BUT. he has a great job
> apparently i dont make baby girls. BUT. i do make cute baby boys;) 3 pregnancies. 3 boys.
> an elephant lives in the apartment above us. BUT. its better than smelling pot all day and night. #apartment life
> i have half the cupboards i did in the old place. BUT. i feel like we have SO much more space here in every other way

move

We are on the move
............................
i have been sooooo busy packing up the house. (who knew a family of 5 could accumulate so much STUFF).. and i consider myself a minimalist.
....................................
our new place WAS suppose to be ready a week ago ... then monday... but now it has been pushed to the 16th! ahh! all new flooring will be totally worth the wai t. i am getting super tired of living in a packed house though. the next week should be rough.

there is SO much going on in our lives i barely have time to sit and think.

I fell... (3rd time this pregnancy).. and have some slipped discs in my lower back that have me couch ridden, as well as a sprained ankle..

we have mediation on tuesday with Mya's birth mom. we are hoping and praying it goes well. i am allowed to be there... (rightfully so!)... but Misty has requested that i not attend ... {she is so intimidated by me}

Elliot is growing up SO fast. he turned 10 months last week. he is so much fun. weighs over 20lbs. has 5 teeth:), crawling and almost walking, talking constantly, loves his bubble baths, wears 12 month clothes and size 3 diapers, sleeps all night and then some, dances at ANY rhythmic sound, .. he is a complete and total delight and we ADORE him.
