- Madeline is learning to play the piano.
- Madeline is thriving in school and totally loves it.
- Madeline still plays with her best friends Praia and Kayleigh every single day.
- Madeline has become an avid reader.
- Madeline has her bookshelf organized and labeled by books read, books not read, and books partially read.
- Andrew has turned a corner on his behavior. It is such a relief for us. We blame his behavior change on our nightly scripture reading time.
- Andrew gave an amazing talk in church yesterday. He spoke so clearly. I was impressed!
- Andrew reads so much that it's creating problems. He doesn't want to do other things like work at school if he has a book nearby.
- Tom has been travelling a ton and working a lot. We sure hope all this hard work pays off.
- Tom leaves for work by 6 AM most days.
- Tom had to drop out of OCMCO (his choir) because he was missing too many practices while traveling for work.
- I'm training for a 5k race. I ran 4 miles today and am super duper happy about it. I never thought I could get back into running.
- I've been super sad about having screwed up a friendship with someone I really care for. It's totally sucked, but it's helping me to grow too (growing can also totally suck).
- I had the privilege of seeing a close friend go to the Temple for the first time. It was such a special experience.
- I've spent a lot of time at the beach lately. I can't get enough of it.
- I still do not have any current house projects. How odd is that? I think it's been almost a year since our last big project.
- I planted a bunch of flowers in our front yard and they look awesome!
- I have a bit of a shoe fetish right now. I hope I get over it soon, although I do love my cool shoes. (;
- We got to go to a TCU baseball game to see my cousin Garrett play with my aunt and uncle and cousins. It was great to see everyone!
- We are going to DC and NYC for spring break and are so excited. I can't wait to see my family again. I wish they lived closer!!
