We've had a busy month.
Andrew was blessed at church. (That will be a whole other post.)
My brother Chad turned 40! We celebrated with an 80's party. The kids were semi excited about the music. Karissa asked if he;d play some Usher and Kayley asked for Party Rockers. HA!
Valentines was a delight! Both girls exchanged Valentines with their classmates and had class parties.
As room Mom I was in charge of Karissa's class party. We had 5 centers filled with craft projects, heart shaped pizza from Valentino's for lunch, fruit veggies and lots of sweet treats. Our hearts were full!
This guy keeps getting bigger and bigger.
He has turned up his nose to baby food and wants to eat whatever we are eating.
This little stinker has also learned to climb out of his highchair. (Hello heart failure!)
Matt got free tickets to Universal Studios so we set off for Hollywood, a short 30 minute drive.
I strongly do not recommend taking children there. The park has little to offer and there simply isn't enough entertainment for them. The 2 things that just sent me over the edge were;
1. No Kids Meals
2. I had to pay $3.50 for a cup of hot water to heat up Andrew's bottle!
Disney would never let this happen. Shame on you Universal.
The best attraction in the park is the tram ride. And really it's not worth the $60 ticket fee to ride it!
