ROUND 3 OF BLOGGING. . . BLOGGING 2-BROUGH 0

SO IF THERE WERE AN AWARD FOR WORST BLOGGER. . . I'M PRETTY SURE I WOULD TAKE THE CAKE (I will take that in Lemon flavor PLEASE)!!!!!

. . . BUT. . .

I have a great excuse. I've been going through some amazing (and hard) life changing experiences. For the last year I have been interviewing for jobs in Utah. Why Utah you might ask. . . I HAVE NO CLUE except for I own a town house up there. My brother and his wife were living in it but have since (half) way moved out (there stuff is still there). SO I have interviewed for a few jobs, I didn't get the first one. . . Took a hiatus from looking for jobs and got back into it in NOV. I interviewed for job in Salt Lake City and GOT IT. . . BUT, I didn't take it. I really wanted to and I wanted it to work out so bad but no matter how much I wanted it to work... it just never felt right! So, I pulled up my big girl panties and declined... I cried for about 2 hours and then looked for another job.

The more I looked the more frustrated I got. AGAIN I stopped looking. One day when I was at work, on a break, I looked up some jobs in Utah and I FOUND THE PERFECT JOB. So I applied and I GOT THE JOB. When I got offered the job the pay was not what I expected. . . Lets face it, it sucked! I struggled with this for a while but when it came down to it. . .IT FELT RIGHT! So started these changes.

A few of these Changes and Blessings:

1. A new house. . . One that I live in but officially can't move into (soon though every soon)

2. A new Job. . . The mornings are killing me but I love not working on Fridays!

3. Back to the Singles Ward. . . Which I might add is harder then I thought it would be but I am enjoying it.

4. Grocery Shopping. . . I HATE THIS, but it has it perks as well, I can get whatever I want.

5. I love being around more family and also around some amazing friends.

There are tons more. My anxiety has finally died down and I don't cry most days anymore (sounds worse then it was). This has been a really good choice for me, I'm glad that I made this move.

6. I turned 30 and It feels the same as 29 and 28. . . PS I DIDN"T CRY OVER THIS AT ALL)

(As soon as I officially unpack and move in I will post some pictures of my place. . . O and roommates. . . Im getting 2 roommates more blogs to come about that!)

TODAY IS A "SPECIAL" HERO . . .K

Today I had to go and help with the foster parent training at my office. . .
I was so hungry when I got there. . . So what does any normal woman do when shes hungry. . . .
She digs in her purse and finds whats floating around in it that can be eaten!
Usually for me its a piece of gum that's found its way out of its box
(but come on lets get real how long can a piece of gum hold you over)!!!
BUT TODAY I HIT THE JOCK-POT
I found this SPECIAL K HERO* in my bag.
Yes, it was damaged and I had to lick the wrapper for the stray away crumbs but man was it worth it.
So thank you Special K Hero . . .
You helped me get through that 11am hunger
and you did it all for only 100 calories!!
AND IF YOU HAVEN'T TRIED THEM I SUGGEST YOU DO. . . AMAZING!

*Name was change to protect the other fruit bars that were not found at the bottom of my bag. . .
it is not really called a SPECIAL K HERO. . . its a Special K Crisp :o)

My Second hero. . .

Today it snowed and it was cold. . .While I enjoyed the snow and enjoyed wearing my Hero's today . . . I live in the desert and its not suppose to snow. I'm very thankful for my Uggs and Coat. I would have been freezing without them!!!!

P.S. WHO SAID YOUR HERO HAS TO BE SERIOUS :o)

MY NUMBER ONE HERO

So my number one hero in life is of course MY MOM. For those of you that know me and my mom best will totally understand this for those of you that don't let me share with you why she's my HERO.
My mom has always put me first no matter what. She has not only shown me the right path but guided me in the way I needed to go(even though at sometimes it feels shes pulling me). My mom has consistently put me not only first but expected the best for and of me. She has helped me get through school, not just the dreaded high school years but also my homesick, Mormon party college years. She listen to me on the phone when that guy I was "madly in love with" broke my heart, or how it just wasn't fare that I got a C- on that paper I wrote last night. She faithfully wrote me on my mission and had to have been the "trunkist" mom towards the last few months (I couldn't even read my letters from her the last 4 weeks. . . it was really bad). She has played the best devils advocate through out my life and continues to help me see things from other peoples point of view. She lets me cry but not for to long, reminds me to pinch my pennies and pay my bills on time. She says I have to pay rent but never collects. She pushes me to be my best and always finds just the right time to say shes proud.
My mom has been my constant, shes my light when its dark, gives me guidance when I'm lost and tells me when I'm wrong. SHE IS MY VERY BEST FRIEND and THE VERY BEST MOM!

If only I was so lucky to dance as good as this little guy. PS I love the move that goes with the part of the whole club was looking at her, Thats the best move and when he smacks his butt.
