Addison's 1st Haircut

Addison needed a trim so I took her to get a haircut from Heather, who I use to cut my hair. Addison was very excited about going. I talked to her about it yesterday. The first thing she said this morning when she got up was, "I go get haircut."

All finished! (We barely got any cut, just made it look better)

Sisters

We have so much fun watching Addison and Annalee interact. Addison is so proud to have a sister. She has always loved bracelets and puts anything around her wrist that will fit. Now, she wants to make sure Sister has bracelets as well.

Addison has gotten very interested in baby dolls the past few weeks. Anytime I have Annalee she thinks she needs a baby as well. She loves to feed them, burp them, and wrap them in her blanket. I ask her what the baby's name is and she tells me Annalee. She wants to be just like mommy.

All ready to go to school Friday morning :)

Mama C's 80th Birthday Party

We took a trip to Cullman on Sunday to celebrate Mama C's 80th birthday. We had a great time visiting with family. The car ride was long, but overall the girls did great.

Happy Birthday Mama C

3 Months Old

Can't believe Annalee is already 3 months old. She is doing great and growing like a weed.

A few things about Annalee:
1. Is really smiling a lot
2. Likes to talk to you
3. Loves to watch TV, unlike her sister who won't sit still
4. Sleeps 10-12 hours a night...yeah!!
5. Likes to stand up on your legs
6. She still has those blue eyes...hopefully she will keep them
6. Likes to be in her bed when she is tired. She is having a little bit of trouble at school getting sleep. She is used to it being quiet at home. She ends up taking cat naps all day at school and then is exhausted by the time she gets home. Annalee is getting better each time though. Will just take some adjustment.

Here is her new toy. She enjoys it most of the time, except when her big sister tries to spin her around in it. Addison just doesn't understand that she doesn't like things as fast as she does. Most of the time when she is in it, Addison is pulling her step stool right up to it to sit in front of her. She also brings her all kinds of toys. She just wants Annalee to play with her so bad.

Someone else likes this toy as well. Addison gets in it sometimes and spins around. I think she is over the weight limit! This day she decided to eat her snack in it.

Here is Addison giving her a bottle when Daddy was babysitting one day while Mommy was at work

An Addison Update

Addison is loving being a big sister. She is a handful some days. Now she always wants to take a picture. Here is her cheesing.
We are working on potty training a little. She goes in the potty sometimes. She is always wanting to go potty, but sometimes she forgets to tell me until afterwards. Pretty soon I will set aside a few days where all we do is potty train. Just been pretty busy lately.
She still loves going to school and her class. Addison goes 2 days a week, but always wants to go more. Friday was her last day in Ms. Dot's class. She will move to Ms. Misty's class on Thursday. All of her friends are going with her so hopefully it will be an easy transition. She just loves her boyfriends Knox and James and talks about them all the time. We loved Ms. Dot's class and she learned so much.

Addison definately keeps us smiling and laughing.
Here are some things she loves to say:
"Ally up here" (when she wants the dogs to come upstairs to see her)
"Ally hurt me" (when Ally gives her a kiss...she is a little tattletale)
"I want to hold Sister"
" Dogs go do their business"
"K" (which means yes)
"I want to go to school"
"Me ride in black car, daddy white car"

Here favorite thing to eat these days is pizza, peanut butter (aka "butter"), ice cream (aka "sheshon") and pop ice. She loves to eat pop ice with her daddy and wants to pick out everyone's colors. She is always telling you what every color is wherever we go.

She has gotten more into baby dolls the past few weeks.
Here we are putting Addison to bed. She wanted to hold her baby just like mommy.

Daddy's little pooper scooper

Addison loves to eat spoonfuls of peanut butter. I taught her not to double dip and to get another spoon if she wants more. This is what I found in my sink one Sunday afternoon. Someone had a lot of peanut butter. She takes after her mommy in that regards.
