Grace milestone!!

So on Oct 28, 2009 Grace learned another huge milestone. She can tie her shoes!! She is so proud of herself. She also can recognize almost all of her alphabet, write her name plus her brother's, her mom's and her dad's. She asks all the time how to spell things and cannot wait until she learns how to read!! It is crazy how time really does fly. She will be starting Kindergarden next year and will never be full mine again. I cannot think about it too much otherwise I get really depressed. Here is a pic of the fist time she tied her shoes all by herself.

Halloween 2009

We took Grace and Kreed to Linder Farms. That is the place by our house that does the corn maze, has a petting zoo, horses to ride, electronic swings, hay rides, balloon houses, and a nice food court. The kids had a blast. We didn't get to stay and do all the things we would have liked, they kids were freezing. But they still had a good time.

So this year our neighbor Stephanie asked us to go to the trunk or treat with her. We went and the kids had a blast. They got tons of candy. It is a good thing we went together so that we could help each other keep track of our kids, Kaleb was at the car handing out candy. We were supposed to go to a party on Halloween but Grace is not feeling great, she has a cough and some congestion. So after a little begging from her and Kreed we decided to take them around the neighborhood for more trick or treating. Oh goodness, there is so much candy at my house right now, and of course I was the offical candy checker :) After we got home from our rounds Grace decided that it would be fun to hand her candy out to the kids that were coming to our house for trick or treating. It was nice to get rid of some of the not so good candy. She is so sweet when she wants to be.

October so far and KREED'S B-day

So far this month it has been crazy. Grace, Kreed and the boys next door have been playing a lot lately. They are very cute little boys. I went back home to see all my sisters and my mom. She is still trying to recover from her botched hysterectomy. We had a double birthday while we were there. Sicilee turned 4 and Kreed turned 3. It was a house full but so much fun. All the kids are getting to be so big. Time is flying by so fast. Thanks to you all who got Kreed a present and helped celebrate his birthday. It was a blast.

Catch Up AGAIN!

So I am slacking on the bloggin'. But I am gonna try and go over some of the things going on over here. First is kinda a big thing, Kreed is pretty close to being potty trained, well during the day at least. He only has about one accident a week now. :) He still has diapers for when he sleeps, but we are working on that.

The kids and Kaleb went to SE idaho about a week and a half ago. They had lost of fun. Kaleb took them fishing, which Kreed loved. And they also went camping, in a camper seeing as it is FREEZING over there already.

And this weekend the swimming pool was opened at our subdivision. YAY! The kids were bugging me to go over there. When I finally took them it was so stinkin' cold that we only stayed about 30 min. They are still disappointed that the pool is now closed for the year. All in all we are just having fun just hanging out.

Catch up for the last two weeks

So I am gonna get you all caught up on the Jones'. Two weekends ago we started Preschool (at home). The kids really have enjoyed it. Kreed has suprised me at how much he really does know. He is getting really good at colors and shapes.

MeMe and Poppy got the kids a little swimming pool...... Now I cannot get them out of it. It is all about swimming and being outside sitting by the pool :)

Sundays at the Jones' house are not very exciting. Everyone but me gets to take a nap. This is usually the time that I catch up on my reading the laundry.

THE RAIN

So it has been raining for 2 days here. We have gotten almost 2". This is what my back yard looks like. It is so full of water that Kreed asked Kaleb to go fishing back there. When Kaleb said no to fishing he asked to go swimming.
