We would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. We have been enjoying good health and lots of laughter in our house due to our three great kids. We were delighted to learn that another baby is on the way to add more joy to what we already have. We are very blessed and can’t wait to meet our newest addition this coming summer. The kids made and wore T-Shirts saying “I’m going to be a big Brother and Sister” on Thanksgiving to make the announcement to the family in Idaho. If David had his way, his shirt would have said “I’m going to be a big Bother”! We all had a good laugh at his expense.
David is an 11th graders. He is active in school and loves it there. He excels in his 3-D Animation class and the teacher loves him! He is an “Elite”, which means he gets to work on projects other students don’t get too. If you have a chance, ask him to show you his DVD, it is impressive! He is also working on a set right now for a film production, and happily stays after hours. It’s amazing to watch him turn into an adult before our eyes.
Hannah is an 8th grader. This is her last year there unfortunately. She’s had the best teachers and really great friends. She is an Honor Roll student and goes above and beyond any project she works on. She has been interning at a modeling management company and loves fashion. She is a terrific photographer and artist. We are always proud of her and her achievements.
George is a good natured almost 1 ½ year old, he learns new words every day and is always busy. His new words this week are “Honeeey!” and “What?!” He loves his family and really enjoys making people laugh. He switched bedrooms with Hannah, so now he’s across the hall from mom and dad with his very own room (for a few more months). He loves his new room and the radio his sister left behind. Dancing is one of his favorite hobbies, along with climbing tables and balancing on arm chairs. He loves books and Sesame Street. And we love him to pieces!
Kate loves being a mom and pregnancy is going very well. She enjoys bargain shopping and found a brand new leather living room set for $300 on-line. She works part time at the Insta-Care and has been put in charge of training, which is keeping her busy. She cut her hair the shortest it’s been since Jr. High, and looks spectacular!
Shaun is working hard on multiple projects, including our photography business and Debt Free Project. He has formed an alliance with some influential people that has opened the door for many opportunities. Shaun and David work out at the gym regularly to get some male bonding time in. He is an expert in the kitchen, and whips up terrific meals in no time.
We have all been working on the house and almost finished landscaping the backyard. We planted two maple blaze trees that are already established, sod for the kids to play on, and a retaining wall. We have many more projects planned in the future. We have been on many road trips, hiking, visiting family, and some vacations. We got to see Phantom of the Opera in Las Vegas this summer, hiked in the mountains many times with the kids, and take lots of trips to experiment with photography. We are fortunate to live in this wonderful area with so many things to do very close by.
Many Blessings to Everyone! We love you all. Please drop by if you are in the neighborhood. We love to share our home and food with friends.
