TBall

We signed up for T-Ball this summer. The was Brode's 2nd time and Graham's 1st. The boys fell in love with it. They loved it!! Graham especially loved playing with his two buddies, Eli and Marianna. Games were played in the evening during the week. It was sooooo hot. Almost miserable. But we managed.

Rocco's 2nd Birthday

In June, we celebrated Rocco's 2nd Birthday and Fathers Day on the same day. Our cute little boy turned 2! But what do you get a boy who has everything. Well, not everything. But we have a house full of boy toys collected over the past 7 years. We were able to come up with a few things...

Watching his Daddy push in this....

Waiting patiently to open presents.

School Bus Rider

Brode recently became a Bus Rider in the mornings. We had an epiphany recently. We know our neighbors on this side of the subdivision. But not on the other. And riding the bus would give Brode the opportunity to meet kids in our neighborhood. Summer Friends! And he has. And he has loved riding the bus. I love him riding the bus. One less trip to and from their school!!!

And since there's only 8 days of school left, we decided we should let him ride it home also. Brode is beyond excited.

(can you believe how green it is???)
Saying good bye in the morning is such an ordeal. Everyone needs hugs and kisses.
Especially Rocco. He LOVES his BooBoo.

Graham's 5th Birthday Extravaganza

The Extravaganza began on Friday, April 26th, when Graham got to celebrate his day with his friends and teachers at school! Rocco and I took cupcakes to the school.

In true Rocco fashion, he added just one more thing to an
already busy day. He keeps me on my toes!

We managed to sneak out just one cupcake for Rocco. And
when we got home, he thoroughly enjoyed it.

Can't you just see the joy?

Offering to share.
Saturday was the BIG Birthday Bash. Graham wanted this so badly. I tried my darnedest to convince him otherwise. But he was set on a party. He knew exactly what he wanted to have for food, who he wanted to invite and the theme it should be. He is sooo decisive.
Dino Themed Party in the garage. Definitely a smart idea.

Decorating Dino Hats

Rocco was in heaven. We were outside; his favorite place. There were all these big kids around.
The food was within his reach. And no one stopped him from eating all the Swedish Fish.

Micah planned a Rhyming Scavenger Hunt all around the house. The kids loved it.

They decided to make a wish and let the Dino Egg Balloons go.

Sunday was the actual BIG day. He was able to open presents all day long. One at a time. Which is perfect for this kid. He likes to open one at a time. Investigate the gift. Possibly play with it. He gives each present a very adequate amount of time. Really appreciates it thing. I love it.
He's been asking for some new play dough for quite some time. Brandon and Katie finally
came through. He loves his play dough time.

He wanted a picnic inside. With picnic food. DONE. Such an easy kid!!!
