Ok so I promised Jordan a cell phone if he got all A's and B's! I was always one of those moms that was against cell phones. Well Jordan has been struggling in school for as long as I could remember. Teachers seem to think he has a learning disability. Let me tell you that my baby did it! He got 3 A's and 3 B's. I am so proud of him! So I got him a cell phone!! He will be in 7th grade soon so he's not to young. Do I still think he's to young for one? Yes! But I made a promise and I'm sticking to it.
Ok so ever since he's gotten it he texts me a hundred times a day. The funny thing is he finally has his own phone so he doesn't have to borrow his friends to call me anymore, well the first day he had it he used it so much the battery died and he had to use his friends phone to call me! Lol soooo funny! He's so cute and such a great kid! He deserves it! But the first c he gets he knows I will take it away. I hope he keeps working really hard at bringing up his grades. I'm one proud mama!!

They grow up SO fast!
Jordan is getting into the whole worrying about his looks thing. He informed me that he doesn't want glasses he wants contacts. He doesn't want his hair short he wants it long. The things I used to decide for him he now makes those decisions on his own. When did he get so big?? Seems like yesterday I was taking my baby boy to his first day of kindergarten and now he's half way through 6th grade and going to be in Junior high next year. That is so crazy to me. I figured out he really likes this girl Taylor. Well I asked him and he told me. I've told him from the start that he can tell me anything and I always want him to be open and honest about everything. To never be afraid to tell me things, and so far he has! He has spent quite some time trying to get this girl to talk to him, and now they do. Jordan was waiting to play his basketball game and she came over and was talking to him, and all I could think was wow my baby boy is really growing up :( . So in a few weeks I'm going to take him to get fitted for contacs nd he is super happy about it. In my eyes he will always be my baby boy, I just wish it wasn't going by so fast.

Superstar!
So today was Jordans first basketball game! He did awesome! The score was 12-6 at half time and Jordan scored 6 of those 12 points! I'm one proud mama. They ended up losing 21-23 but that's ok :) I'm so proud of him. I love watching my boys play! Having 3 boys in basketball sure does take up a lot of time, but I wouldnt trade being a basketball and football mom for anything! I want them to grow up and have great memories of these times.

Christmas!!!
Christmas was sooo much fun! When we went to see Santa summer kept saying mommy I'm not going to be scared this year ( I think she was trying to convince herself) and sure enough she jumped right on his lap and was talking away. She asked him for a big car, a toy airplane, and princess toys. Christmas eve we went to robbies dads house ate dinner and opened gfts. Then we came home and they opened their traditional Christmas eve bags from grandma Kim. Then we drank our traditional hot chocolate and watched Elf. Then we put out the reindeer food and set out milk and cookies for Santa! Then off to bed they went. We got up about 730 and opened all our presents. From Santa Jordan and Logan got electric scooters, Carson got a skateboard and helmet ( which he wanted so badly) and summer got a convertible! From us Jordan got a tablet, Logan got a 3ds, and Carson got an xbox 360. No our kids are not video game freaks lol. We make them play outside on nice days and they get 1 hour on school days! They got a bunch of other neat stuff! Summer got lots of princess toys( since that's what she's into right now) and a bunch of other cute stuff. Then we ate our tradional stuffed French toast (which I prepare the night before and just pop in the oven Christmas morning) they played with their stuff while I prepared our Christmas dinner ( which is always something Italian since I'm Italian and that's what we always did when I was growing up) baked zitti, salad and a ham! My sister Jen, BIL, niece and nephew came down from Montgomery and we exchanged gifts then ate! The kids went to bed and me and my sister stayed up all night talking. We do that every time we are together! All in all it was a great Christmas! I am so blessed and I thank god for everything he has blessed me with. I thank him for sending his only son who died for me so that I could have eternal life! Hope everyone else had a wonderful Christmas!!
Almost 3 years!
Wow it's been so long since my last post. One of my new years resolutions is to keep up with blogging. The last couple years we have been busy. It started with Robbie coming home from Iraq in October 2009 and then moving from ft drum to ft rucker in feb 2010. It's been nice being home for the past couple years but I'm excited to see where we will be going next! It's also been great not having to worry about Robbie deploying while we are here, but I know we will see quite a few more deployments in the future. I'm okay with that as I know it is his job. He is truly my hero. It's always sad to see him go but I trust God to keep him safe and the reunions are so amazing! It makes our marriage so much stronger.
In 2010 we pretty much stayed busy with seeing family and getting settled. Robbie was facility chief at mollinelli tower and was quite busy! Jordan finished up 4th grade and Logan finished up 2nd. Me ,Carson, and summer stayed home and enjoyed each other usually outside playing in the water or swimming. In the summer my sister Kelly and her boys moved down from Arizona and it was so nice having them here. My lil sister Jennifer and her son and daughter spent a lot of time down from Montgomery during the summer. With robbie working 6pm to 1 am we got to spend almost everyday at the pool or water park. It was so much fun and the kids loved it! I also got to see my nephew that I haven't seen in almost 10 years because he has been living with his dad! I can't believe he is almost 15! I was so sad he didn't remember me as I spent almost everyday with him when he was younger! I will never lose contact with him again! That's a promise!! When summer was over my lil men started 3rd and 5th grade! Wow am I really that old?? Summer turned 2 and carson turned 5 ! Then the holidays approached and again I had both sisters and my nephews and niece, robbies family and my dad here. So nice to be surrounded by so much family after being away from everyone the past 10 years!!!
In 2011 Robbie moved from mollinelli tower to ech tower, things were a mess at ech so they wanted Robbie to go straighten it up for them. It's a lot easier too because ech is 10 mins up the road and mollinelli was 45 mins away. He stays on day shift now so he works from 7am to 3pm. Wichita meant we couldn't spend as much time at the pools as last year, but we still went quite a bit. My older sister Kelly moved to
Colorado, I was sad to see her go. The boys finished up school and did so well. Logan got honor roll and the highest math grade. My Jordan struggled a lil bit, but that's ok cause we know he has some type of learning disability so it's not his fault. I have come up with some natural
things to help him along the way because I will NOT put him on medication. And since then he has been doing much better. I am so proud
of him for trying so hard! My sum sum turned 3 and lemme tell ya she's a mess lol. She talks so much and is so funny! Her personality
amazes me! She is so smart! I spent the past 2 summers teaching Carson and summer to swim and let me tell ya Carson swims like a fish
now! He jumps off diving boards and is like a pro. Summy is almost there, I've basically been doing the basics with her like what to do if she
were to fall in, like don't panic grab the wall, or float, and the monkey walk and she does really well. I think this summer she will ne jumping
off diving boards too! Jordan started tackle football and I was a nervous wreck! He loved it so much and did really well. He was really small
compared to a lot of those big boys! The last game of the season he got player of the game because he took out a really big boy! Lol.

I kept my calm and made it through it! We registered all 3 boys for basketball. Theey LOVE it! Carson is so stink in cute playing and he is

baby boy, they say the kid may be small, but that kid can play!!!! And I am so serious he is awesome!! He dribbles the ball like it's nothing
and makes just about every basket. The age group he plays in is 6-8 and he just barley turned 6 so u can imagine how tiny he is compared to everyone else. We are always at basketball practices or games since all 3 play but that's okay I wouldn't change it for anything! We are ther mon-thurs.

Summer turns 1!
Today my baby girl turned 1 ! I cant believe its already been a year! We just celebrated it with the boys and I, and ofcourse daddy got to watch her open her presents and eat her cake on webcam! (Gotta love those webcams)She has been walking for a couple of months now, and is such an amazing lil girl! It was so weird picking out pink wrapping paper LOL! It was a lot of fun though :) Anyways i want to write a lil letter to her!
My dear sweet baby girl,
I cant believe you are one years old today. I want you to know what an amazing lil girl you are and how blessed we are to have you in our lives! Over the past year you have brought so much joy and happiness into our home! Your big brothers adore you, and you adore them as well. Im sorry that daddy wasnt here your first year but I want you to know how much he loves and misses you! You love to see your daddy on the webcam, and i can tell by the look in his eyes and the smile on his face that he is so proud of his baby girl! here are some of things you have done or loved over the past year!
You love music and have been lip singing and dancing since you were a tiny baby! You have been walking since you were 10 months old! You have a favorite blanket that you carry everywhere that you call bankey boo! Jordan graduates!
So today my big boy graduated 3rd grade! He goes to the intermediate school now! He is really excited about that. I said somthing to him the other day about not being able to do somthing , and he said but mom im a 4th grader now!! LOL.. Its going to be a lil strange for me because jordan and logan will be at diff schools this year. Im so used to them being in the same school. Ugh they are really growing up, but im very proud of the path they are on. I hope and pray they continue to do so well!
