Kubesch Family Christmas Weekend

This last weekend, Nene and Grandpa Kubesch, as well as, Aunt Jennifer, Uncle Wes, Cameron and Nolan arrived on Friday to celebrate the Kubesch Family Christmas. We also hosted the extended family Christmas on Saturday.
Looking for trouble...

I promise I'm just helping.

Being silly with my reindeer horns.

Christmas Program at School

Conner recently participated in his school's Christmas program. His class just performed in their room by dancing and clapping to Christmas music.

Conner thought he was the star of the show dancing with Ms. Lupe.

They had a book exchange and Conner enjoyed his new book.

Conner was so social he sat on another parent's lap to read a friend's book.

1st Picture With Santa

I really liked watching Santa, his elves, and reindeer...

I just didn't really like sitting on Santa's lap! Maybe next year...

Is This Really Winter??

We didn't do anything really exciting this last weekend, but spent as much time outside as possible.

Daddy tried to teach me how to play ball.

I like to wear things on my head - even a plastic bag will do.

Putting on a show for Mom and Dad.

Even I can play catch with this thing.

Getting Ready for Santa

This last weekend Mom and Dad decorated for Christmas. I was such a big help as you can see. I have actually been very good with all the tempting decorations, and for the most part, have listened when Mom and Dad said "no" to pulling on the Christmas ornaments and stockings.

Happy St. Nick's Day! I must have been a good boy - he brought me some PJs and a lion phone.

Baby Girl Shower

This last weekend Lucia, Allison, and Kindal hosted a shower in Baby Girl Kubesch and my honor at Sugarbaby's Cupcake Boutique. The location was super cute and I would highly recommend for any girl occasion!

Are any of these for me?

Maybe I can help with just this one...

We had a great time at the shower!

32-Week Update

I reached the 32nd week in my pregnancy on Tuesday. I had a check-up with the doctor last week and there were no changes, so things are looking good. I have officially passed the point in my pregnancy when Conner made his big arrival. Yeah! I'm still feeling great and taking it easy. Stay tuned for another update after my doctor appointment next week!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a great Thanksgiving holiday and visited lots of family. We decided to do the tour of South Texas since it was our last trip home before Baby Girl Kubesch arrives. The doctor is not letting me travel very far at this point.

We had some very chilly and nasty weather for the Thanksgiving holiday. Prior to the cold front blowing in I tried to escape outside. Mom and Dad are lucky I can't unlock the door.

We started off the holiday with lunch in Wharton for the Kubesch Family Thanksgiving. My 2nd cousin, Tate, is giving me a hug. We then met up with Nene and Grandpa in Hallettsville for the Henke Family get together.

We then made it to Cuero in time for dinner at Granny and Grandpa Buenger's house. Since we couldn't play outside, Granny gave Abby, Karli, and myself a wagon ride inside.

On Friday, we visited and had lunch with Nene and Grandpa Kubesch before heading back home. Here I am playing with Grandpa's new camo cap.

Mom goes to the doctor again this week. Stay tuned for more updates on my baby sister!

30-week update

On Tuesday I will have reached the 30-week mark in my pregnancy. I went to the doctor last week and will see her every other week for the rest of my pregnancy. I am feeling good, however, the doctor cut all of my activities. I can still work, but am no longer allowed to do any sort of workout - even walking. I'm following doctors orders and taking it easy. Baby Girl Kubesch is very active, but thoughtful enough not to keep me up or wake me up at night. We are still working on a name, but haven't made a decision. It is not looking very positive that a decision is going to be made before the birth. We will keep everyone updated!

One Year Check-Up and Pictures

Conner went to the doctor on Friday for his one-year check-up. The doctor said he is doing great and his earlier status as a preemie certainly has not slowed him down. He weighed 23 lbs, 6 oz (60%), was 30 1/8 inches tall (50%) and head circumference was 18 3/4 inches (80%). We don't have to go back for another 6 months - yeah!!
Conner had his one-year pictures taken today. Once again he performed for the camera. Check his pictures out below.
