Caroline's Blastball

Sienna started a new Blastball league this season that is for girls ages 3-5.  It is a softball concept geared to beginners.  She was shy at practices, but didn't hold anything back in her first game hitting the ball hard, running fast and being aggressive on the field.  She is having fun so far!

Conner's Baseball

Baseball season has begun and Conner is playing for the 6u Athletics.  He enjoys the games and the friends he has made, but doesn't really like going to practice.  They won the first game, but lost their second.

Granny Ohrt's birthday party

In late February, my parents hosted a party for my grandmother's 87th birthday.  Here is a picture of her with my family.

Gatorpalooza

In late March, Conner's school held its annual Gatorpalooza, which is a school festival and fundraiser.  We were only there for a short time as we had to drive to Cuero.  However, Conner had fun participating in the fun run and they all enjoyed the games.

Kemah Mardi Gras

In late January we made a family trip to the Kemah Boardwalk for a family Mardi Gras celebration and boat parade.  Everyone had a great time on the rides, enjoyed food at the Aquarium and enjoyed catching beads at the boat parade.
