Nalea's 1st Day of School

I can't believe that my little girl is already starting kindergarten. Nalea has Ms. Cooley this year for her teacher and is in the afternoon class. She was excited to get to wear her new sparkly shirt and her shorts with the diamonds on them. And let's not forget the high heels! She was however a little nervous to go to class. Luckily she has 2 girls from her preschool class in her kindergarten class.

Blessing Day

Lincoln Brent Hillyard was blessed on August 3rd, 2008 by his father. His Grandpa Johnson, Grandpa Hunter, Uncle Tyler, Uncle Mac, Uncle Brandon, Uncle Clay, Great Uncle Greg, Great Uncle Dan, and Great Uncle Verg all stood in the circle. Kyle did such a great job on the blessing and it was a really special day for our family. Thanks to everyone who came and supported Lincoln!

Nalea's Birthday

Happy 5th Birthday Nalea! I can't believe that my little baby girl turned 5 years old. She is the sweetest little girl and I am so proud of who she is becoming.

We had Nalea's birthday party at her Grandma and Grandpa Hunter's house since we don't have a yard at our new house yet. Her party guests were her 2 brothers, McKinlee, Courtney, Kaylee, Deirdre Barton, Skylar Alton, Myka Taylor, Elyse Barton, and Mikell Smith.

4th of July

Since Lincoln had just been born, we decided to just hang out at the farm house for the 4th of July. That evening we went outside and the kids lit sparklers.

Lincoln's First Bath

All warm and snuggly after his first bath at home. I accidently deleted the picture of him in the tub and am having problems posting pictures on my computer, so I will add it later. Needless to say, he did not love his bath. He scrame the entire time!
