Yep that's right I have it!! I'm really excited about it! But nobody gets to know where I'm going yet. I am going to Logan to see some of my family on Saturday, and I want to tell them in person. Sorry Michelle and Matt. But I want to tell you to your face. Saturday isn't really that far away. I can hardly believe that I have my call! I know where I'm going and I'm really excited about it!
So how the call came. My bishop called my dad and told him that my call had been sent on Friday! That would have meant that my call would have been here on Saturday so we would have come home from Arizona to my call! That would have been so cool, but I still would have waited until today to open it. We didn't get home until 9 so it would have been a little late to have everyone over to open the call. It wasn't here when we got home. I'm kinda glad that it wasn't here. It would have been hard to get home and see it and have to wait until tonight to open it. So I got up this morning and had to get everything ready to have our little get together thing tonight. I got up and made some snacks and cleaned up a little and at about 1:00 I was going to go to the store to buy the stuff I needed to make more treats. As I was walking out the door I SAY THE MAIL MAN! I was so excited. I stepped back into the house and waited for the mail man to leave. I went as fast as I could out to the mailbox (which isn't really fast with this big boot on my foot). IT WAS IN THE MAILBOX! I was so excited! I took the call into the house and ran over to my best friends house (next door) and rang her doorbell like ten times so she would hurry to the door. I just yelled at her "MY CALL IS HERE!!!" She told me that we needed to go and open it right then. I was good and waited until 8:30. So I went to the store and bought all my stuff and came home to make all the snacks. At 6:00 I went to Young Womens and helped with camp stuff. It was really fun. I came home to my parents, Grandma Heugly, Ryan, Clayton, and Karri. I waited for my other friends to come and then I called Jetti and Scott, and Erik and T. I them on two different cell phones with headsets in them. Yep that's right. Two phones and two head sets. That was confusing! So I opened the call and read it out loud to everyone that was here, and into the headsets. Then everyone started talking. I was trying to listen to all the people in the house and Jetti, Scott, Erik, and Teresa. It was crazy! I had four people talking right into my ears and everyone else talking to me. That was crazy! I can't believe I have a mission call! It is crazy! I will post about where I'm going on Sunday. With pictures.

I love getting my nails done! It makes me feel put together. I got my nails done the week before Disneyland and I didn't want to get my nails done when I got home (they didn't need done), so I waited to get them done. I wasn't really thinking. I got home from Disneyland and got my surgery done on the 14th. I didn't do my nails before I went in for that. It had been about four weeks!! That is way to long! And then I couldn't do anything for a week. Ok now five weeks! I finally got my nails done yesterday! It was so nice. Now I can do stuff. Like type. Its hard to type when your nails are really long. So now I'm happy. I really love getting my nails done. I like it more now than I did in the past. I actually get to go with a friend. I went with Paige to get her nails done after her birthday, because she didn't want to go alone and I was looking for a new place to go. It worked out great! I haven't gone to get my nails done without her since. I love it. We don't get to spend much time talking, mostly just in the car or if we get to hang out after, but it is so great! I love spending time with her. Thanks for taking your "gimpy" friend to get her nails done.

I'm excited to be going back to Arizona. I miss my fam that is there. I really miss seeing my sister. It has been a big adjustment for me. We spent a lot of time together while she was here after she got married. Our last semester at SLCC we had a bunch of classes together, it was so fun. So I'm glad to see her again. And I miss my brother. It is a different miss. He has lived away for a long time. But it has been a while since we have seen each other. He used to come home in the summer when school was out. That was fun. It was nice to have him home for a little while and lets be honest it was nice to send him back to Idaho when school started. Just kidding. I love my brother and I love spending time with him. I think he is the only person that still calls me Josie. I like it. And I have 2 other totally awesome family members in AZ. Scott is so fun and I'm so glad that Jetti found him! He has been so fun, and I think he has dealt with mine and Jetti's relationship. Scott has always included me in everything he could. And Teresa, "T", is fun! I'm super excited to get to know her better and this is going to be the weekend for that. Erik is so happy with her. I'm so glad!

So I know this is late, but I just wanted to dedicate a post to my mom. My mom totally rocks. I love my mom. She has been through a lot this past year. After we found out my dad had cancer and they were told he only had a couple years to live she had to deal with that as she was trying to help my brother plan his wedding. Mom did a really good job. None of us kids really knew what she was going through. Mom and Dad didn't tell us about the two years. Now we know that Dad has years and years to live. Mom has done so much for all of us kids. I really love her. She takes days off to be with us and when she has the day off and none of the kids are home she goes to lunch to spend time with him. I love that I can see how much they love each other. It makes me feel good to see that they can still be that in love after all these years. I also really appreciate how much my mom shows her love for me. She came and sat with me for like five hours yesterday before my surgery. She was here with me while my dad was in the hospital. She knew he was ok so she was fine being here with me. It meant a lot. I love my mom! She totally rocks!

I had my surgery yesterday. It went well but I'm totally done with all of it. I'm super sick of being in the stupid hospital bed. I'm also in some pain, that really isn't fun. This hasn't really been that bad but Tuesday night and Wednesday morning were really not good. I got home Tuesday night and found out that my dad had a really bad fever. And with the chemo he can't really fight it off himself so the doctors told him that if his fever reaches 100.5 that he would need to go to the hospital. One time when he checked it it was 100.9. It was time to go to the hospital. My mom took him in and I was really worried. When I woke up Wednesday morning at 4:30 (so I could be to my surgery by 6) and my parents were still at the hospital. So Ryan took me to the place where I was going to get my surgery done. Mom met us here. Mom told us they were going to admit my dad to the hospital. Mom stayed with me until after my surgery. When I came back from surgery I found out that my dad was going to be released from the hospital. So he wasn't really in there that long. So dad is home and I'm still sitting at in my little room in my hospital bed. Yuck.

Today was my last day to work with the students :-( !! I'm really sad about this! I have had so much fun getting to know all of them! I really loved watching them learn and find new things they are interested in. I'm going to miss the crazy fun strategy games class, and the out of control, frosting crazy girls in Cake Decorating, the fun little group of Wings kids (service club) and my awesome group of girls in Swing. I also miss the kids from last semester. The Comic book class, the Scrapbooking class, Harry Potter, Rockets, Outdoor Cooking, and the Cha Cha class. It really has been so much fun working with all of the kids. This past year has really shown me that I want to be a teacher and that I really will love it. I wish I could work with these kids for the rest of my life. They have been so great!

Our last day in California we went to Magic Mountain. Clayton and I had never been before and we were really excited to get to go on some real rollercaosters. Karri and Paul were excited to take us to six flags. It was really fun! Well at first. We started on one side of Magic Mountain and worked our way around. The best thing of this was that there were no lines. We were even able to ride rollercoasters twice in a row. We probably could have ridden them more if we wanted to but we wanted to make sure we were able to ride all of the main rides. On one of the rides Clayton, I think "Scream" (it has this name for a reason), wasn't locked in. It was kinda funny, because he had two seat belts on his shoulder restraints and the rest of us only had one. So Clayton asked the guy that checked his seat if it had two on it because it wasn't safe. Then Clayton realized that he wasn't really locked in. He started freaking out and Me and Paul started laughing... until the coaster started to move! Then it wasn't funny. He finally got locked in as we started up the first hill. Clayton and I did good on the rides for the most part. We did get a little dizzy, but we were having fun. After a little while me and Clayton decided to go on the Ninja rollercoaster. We really liked it so we went on it twice while Paul and Karri waited for us. They don't really like it, but me and Clayton did. We kept riding the rollercoasters and having fun until we went on one. I don't remember what it is called but it was so bad! I hated it. On this ride you face the ground! They tip your chair forward and you are really facing the ground. It was kind of fun until they flip you around like crazy. Oh man I thought I was going to die! Ok maybe noth die but I felt like I was going to be sick. I didn't get over that feeling until we left Magic Mountain. Clayton even bought me a shirt that says "Putting the ILL in Thrill Rides". It totally rocks. And makes me laugh... now that my head isn't spining. It really was a fun day, but it will be a while before I go back.

Last week was so much fun!

Saturday we drove to California. That was fun. I didn't have to drive at all wich I thought was nice. I did sit in the front to help keep Clayton awake. We talked for a long time about everything. That was fun! When we got to the hotel we went to diner then just hung out. We went to the pool that was fun! It was nice to just hang out for a while.

Sunday was day one at Disneyland! It was so much fun! I love Disneyland! We just "ran" from ride. It was so much fun. I think we hit all the main rides that day. Well not Splach Mountain. It was closed or something like that, and we didn't even try to go on Finding Nemo because its line is so long! It was a way fun day! We also watched the fireworks Sunday night. They are so great! I love Disney fireworks!

Monday~day two! So fun!! We went into the park and me and Paul went to get fastpasses to Splash Mountain and Clayton and Karri went and got in line for Finding Nemo. It was a good plan but Splash didn't have the fastpasses open. So we didn't get them, but we did meet up with Karri and Clayton and went on Finding Nemo. That is a cool ride! We were wondering around the park and we saw the Dream Squad giving stuff out so we hurried to get to them. They were giving out a pass for an extra hour in the park. Then yes we finally went on Splash Mountain. It was so fun and we got totally soaked! It was crazy! I have never gotten that wet on Splash Mountain before! We played around the park for a while then went to California Adventures. Me and Paul went on Grizzle Rapids and got wet. In comparison to Splash we got damp. It was so fun! We played around California for a while then went back to Disneyland for our extra hour! That was so cool! very little lines and we went on rides that usually have like an hour wait but it only took 20 min! (If that long)! It was so nice!

Tuesday~ Day THREE! This was our last in Disneyland :-( That was sad but it was so much fun! We started off in California adventure because we hadn't spent that much time there so we decided we would spend time there on Tuesday. It was so fun! We went on Tower of Terror two times in a row. I love it!! It is one of my favorite rides!!! I love it! And I loved going on it with Paul cuz he didn't know what was going to happen. So funny!! We found the Dream Squad on Tuesday! We got magic fast passes. They rock! We only had to use one of them for screaming. Other than that the lines weren't bad at all so we didn't use the passes. It was great! We found the Dream Squad after that one more time and got the DREAM EARS! They rock! I love them!

I'm going to miss Disneyland for the next couple of years! This year was so much fun!
