Last Day and a Sweet Treat

We told Scott, Jenn, and Jack good bye and decided to go to Liberty Bakery the Allergy Free Bakery in Oviedo, Florida. We order baked goods from them and were so excited to be going there! Gavin was busting at the seams awaiting the trip to get cupcakes and cookies. He was so excited and happy He ate so much there that he got a tummy ache and could not eat much lunch! A really neat thing is that when he tried his 1st Gingerbread man back in December, the owner e-mailed and asked me to send a picture of Gavin eating it - so I did and they had it up in the store! Pretty cool!

Epcot and Hollywood Studios

Gavin showing his pins that he collected from the different parks. A cast member even gave him an "Exclusive" pin.
The big ball

Gavin II actually took this picture :)
This is so cool - this family was recording the part on "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" where they talk to them while they are on their Disney Vacation. They had a tv on and you could see Ty talking to them and the mom was crying. It was really cool!
Hollywood Studios
Gavin and Jack taking a bath - aren't they cute!

Friday, we went to Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios (formerly MGM). It was really fun but by Friday, we were just completely wiped out. It was SO HOT. It did not rain, though. Gavin II really wanted to go on "Toy Story Mania" - they have been showing in on the Disney Channel and he was really excited. Well, the wait was 110 minutes - we decided against it. It was a fun day.

The Resort Pool

Right before we checked out of the hotel (J.W. Marriot) on Thursday, Gavin snapped this picture of the hotel pool. It was a wonderful heated pool - and it had a lazy river. Gavin II had SO much fun. One of the employees said that the pool area is so big that it is considered a water park.

Magic Kingdom

The Buzz Lightyear ride

Captain Jack Sparrow

His lunch!!
Eating his first restuarant fry!

On Thursday, we navigated the Magic Kingdom. It was so much fun and not too hot. The lines were not really that bad, either. It started raining abround 3:30 pm and did not stop for the rest of the night. I have said this before but Disney is UNBELIEVABLE about food allergies. They actually carry allergy-free hamburger buns and they fry fries in dedicated fryers so that they are not fried with foods that have wheat, etc. This is the reason that he cannot eat fried foods at most restaurants. Well, since they have dedicated fryers, he could have an actual hamburger WITH a bun (we normally have to get just the meat) and FRIES! This was the first time that he has ever eaten restaurant fries. Crazy! Another one of their food places carried breaded chicken tenders that are wheat-free, milk-free, egg-free, soy-free, and nut-free. He LOVED those, too!We were so happy for him!
Once we left Magic Kingdom, we went out to Altemonte Springs to "check in" with Scott, Jennifer, and Jack.

Sea World

After Gavin finished is conference on Tuesday and Wednesday, we went to Sea World. We usually visit if we go to Orlando. We got to see the Shamu show again which was really neat. Gavin II came away with a whale necklace that he loves. We also visited the clydesdale's stables - they are HUGE.

Lunch at Citron

On Tuesday, we met Gavin for lunch at the hotel restaurant. One Chef named Sonny totally adopted Gavin II. He prepared his meals special for him. In fact, he even made his lunch and then said that it was free - just for Gavin. Can you guess who gave him the chef's hat?

Yesterday, while I was in clinic, Gavin II stayed with day with

Around 6:00, after me, Gavin and Uncle Shaun got there, Juju grilled some food and we all ate - including Mike, Kristal, Alyssa, and my sweet goddaughter, Bailee! It was so great to see them! We were having the get together to watch the LSU game but it got postponed until today due to rain.

Cousins Reunited

Jennifer and Jack made it into town today. They are staying with my parents until Friday. Today, Gavin and Jack got some quality cousin time - they played and swam. They also got to go get a Casey's snowball which Juju says they both went crazy over! They were so cute swimming together! Tomorrow, Gavin is skipping camp and spending the whole day with Jack. He cannot wait!!!

Face Painting

Gavin usually does not want his face painted. However, at summer camp today, they had face painting and pony rides. Well, he agreed to have a puppy done on his face. He was so excited. He said that he wanted to keep it on forever! Unfortunately, he had to bathe last night....

Baby Langston #2

So, I know that I did no provide too much information in the "pregnant" post, so...

I found out Monday! I have already had 2 blood tests and in 4 days, my hormone levels were more than adequate! I have my first doctor's appointment July 30th - it seems like forever until then. I will be approximately 10 weeks. I promise to start posting progression pictures around then. Right now, nothing much to see ;) I am due around February 20, 2009 (by my calculations).

We are super excited! Thank you to everyone for all the wonderful wishes. It means so much to share this exciting news with you all! We will keep you all posted!

As for little Gavin, he is getting more excited with every day that passes about being a big brother. When we first told him the news, he had some mixed emotions - as to be expected. He has been super clingy to mommy since the news, too. In fact, I get the random "I love you, Mommy" around 10 times per day. I'm not complaining, though , I love it! He is going to be an absolutely wonderful big brother!
