life at 50 something

 wow where to start ! great weekend tired as expected but 1199 pictures tell me why I am in pain so with much ado I will attempt to post pictures of the weekends events. ENJOY ! 

I will be back with pictures provided I remember the camera and tripod (thank You Karen) I am going to have a great time see you Monday !

so after a 16 minute appointment we find everything was legal and done is done we have 20 day s to get out the law says Zane has 60 but will have to go to court to get that extension ordered by a judge....which in our town is a commissioner and the lawyer said its a crap shoot getting anything out of them.
 why did citimortgage sell for so much under what was owed and didn't consider selling to me or my son ......quoted from the attorney, "They are punishing certain homeowners"  
do you think maybe one of the times Johnnie was ranting at citimortgage that he would strip this house to the 2x4's maybe they believed him, so they just dumped it.  some lucky bastard (first name Bart..like bart simpson)...bought my house for a great price.  he will make money on the flip.
 all goes well for every one but me.
I'm okay under the stars with the cat & dog , if I had a working car I would be a bit less stressed but the commissioner still doesn't believe johnnie did anything to the car.  so no car I have.
I am  tired

well the last day has arrived and mostly passing digging in the flower beds to get out the last of the bulbs. was not going to take any more but 2 sweet friends came along and helped dig lots more things.  how lucky I am to have such great people in my world. so many people are dealing with cancer right now and I am overwhelmed at moments with the feelings of worthlessness....
I have been Praying non-stop for days "thy will be done"
some man stopped by and I showed him thru I know every one says I shouldn't tell me that before I do it next time okay?!  anyway  he said the house was listed for auction at$114,000 !!!   this has better be wrong information, Z was cleared for a loan of 145,000.  but wouldn't drop the price to a family member.  the balance due is close to 229,000 now so would they really sell it to someone else at a greater loss to not sell it to family ?  guess I will find out tomorrow.  !!

open family court at 9 am and the sale of the house in the courthouse entry at 10 am . open court can take till early afternoon but not usually when you have a lawyer !! Thank you again Karen Unger !

FOREVER IN MY HEART.

 another day come and gone, day 8 gone forever.
 I am tired from my weekend  in the middle of the week but I am being well taken care of by my Mom & Son :) 


Kristen helped me take down most of the curtain rods today house looks funny... cat had a fit the whole time we were working at the curtains, he was meowing and getting in the way, spent a lot of time reassuring him, so hard on all of us. time will hopefully help it get better for  all !

after a long weekend (Thursday - Monday)  I am off this afternoon for an over night adventure with a friend look for pictures on Friday !
