Big weekend

On Friday Jaxon graduated from preschool. I can't believe how big he is getting and kindergarten is only a couple of months away. I must be getting old.
On Saturday was my 4th triathlon (Women of Steel), although it felt like my first. I guess that is the price you pay when you have a baby. Kinley is definetly well worth it. I did however feel like wearing a sign that said, just had a baby 3 months ago to make me feel better about my self, but I didn't. The race was awesome and I was so glad I did it. Nikki had an awesome race she shaved tons of time off of her last race and beat me, I am so proud of her! Less then 3 weeks till our next much longer race, I hope I survive.

Happy Mothers Day!

I had a fabulous Mother's Day! I only wished for one thing and that was a full nights rest. Kinley slept from 10:30 pm to 6:50 am, her longest yet. After I got her fed Dave got up with the kids. I didn't get out of bed until 9:30. I felt like I could have slept all day and into the next but then I would have missed my most favorite holiday.

More improvements

I hope Kinley likes pink. Here is Kinley's room before and after. Dave thought that maybe I was deprived of a girly room when I was little, that may have been the case I'm not sure. Anyway thanks to Nikki for helping me paint.

I thought I would show everyone some of the improvements we are making on the new house. Here are some of our half bath, it has come a long way. You can't imagine how many hours I spent scraping off wallpaper. We finally ended up renting a professional wallpaper remover from Home Depot, it took the full four hours that we rented it for. What a disaster.

Here are the after photos, it's looking a lot better. Do I look nice in the picture? I had to reach my arm in to take the picture.

FIRST POST!

Well this is pretty exciting my first post. Hopefully there will be more to come. I am not so sure about all this talking about my self and such, but I hear it is the cool thing to do so with that being said we will see how it goes.
