We love Shutterfly!

So it's Christmas Card time again. Time to get those pictures pulled together, and find just the right card to say it all. This year I received a Shutterfly catalog with all of their latest designs! Wow, there are so many to choose from! They have traditional folding Christmas cards, flat ones and my favorite the Story card. I love this design because it is so simple. No writing a long letter, just the simple things that made the year great!

I love that their templates are so easy to use. A few years ago we ordered some photo books from them. They had an endless selection of formats and it was so easy to upload your pictures and write a caption. My girls love the book we made from our trip to Kings Island. It's one of their favorite stories! I remember the shipping being really fast and the price unbeatable. They sure know how to run a great deal and make their projects affordable to everyone.

This year I am thinking of ordering something a little more practical. I like the calendars for those busy family members! What's better than a calendar filled with their favorite kids?

Claire is 18 months this week! Wow has time flown. She is such a pleasant and happy little lady. She is talking more, running around and getting into everything. She loves to give kisses, eat almost anything and loves her sisters! We just love her.

A Park Day

Finally the snow is gone and the kids can go outside! This was our first official park outing this Spring. Allie just loves the monkey bars and I have to admit, is pretty good at them. Don't ask me where she gets the upper body strength, it's not from me! She was so excited that she could still cross them after "not practicing" all winter. Way to go Allie!

Claire Bear

Our little Claire is the Sunshine in our family. She is so easy going, funny and just a joy! She takes the "love" from her sisters like a champ too. This week she turned 10 months old! She can clap, wave bye, plays peek-a-boo, signs more and all done. She isn't crawling yet, but I am sure it is in our near future! We can't get enough of her chubby cheeks and intoxicating laugh! We love you Claire Marie

Thanksgiving

For Thanksgiving this year, we were able to go to Las Vegas! The weather was perfect and we had a fabulous time. We finally got to see our new cousin Caden, who I must say is quite the little stud. The girls just loved him. The weather was perfect. We played outside, played with the dogs, and ate lots of yummy food that we don't get in Indiana (think double-double from In-n-Out)

We also were able to take some family pictures with everyone there. I finally got to put my photography skills to use. Most of the pictures turned out really, really cute! These are some of my favorites.

Allie's 6th Birthday!

We started out the Birthday Girl's big day with breakfast in bed.

Then we had the sisters join in with their presents.

Allie was so excited to get a "twowheel" scooter.

We finished the big day with dinner to "Cheeseburger in Paradise,"

and a homemade chocolate cake for dessert.

Justin's Trip Home

Justin was able to go home to New Zealand in October. Lucky guy! He ate all the mince pies and sausage rolls he could. Hopefully next time he goes we can come too!
