Now that it has cooled off a bit, we have been able to do some fun things outside. One of which was going to the Zoo with our friends Lilly and Max. Allie and Lilly loved riding in the wagon and just loved being together. Isn't cute when friendships start so young!?

So we have been very busy in Auckland this week. We have been to Kelly Tarlton's (an aquarium) and to the Zoo. The Auckland Zoo was so cool. We saw them give an elephant a bath, the hippos roll around in the mud, but the coolest thing was that Allie got to feed a giraffe a piece of celery! As Allie would say " I fed a Big Daddy Giraffe at the zoo." It was so cool!

We had a great visit with Nana. She was so surprised that Justin had come down to see her. She loved the girls and kept saying how "Bonny" Brinley was. She just loved being able to hold her name sake ( Brinley was named after her). We also got to visit Auntie Rose and Michael and Julia. We had an awesome time!

Hello from down under! We finally made it to see the Latta's in New Zealand. We are having a great time. We have been to One Tree Hill where Allie has loved feeding the sheep and looking at all the baby lambs. We, of course, have been to Eve's Pantry. Yummy..... we've eaten our favourite mince pies and sausage rolls! We are just having a fabulous time, so stay tuned as we update our page!

Okay, so Brinley was blessed the first weekend in August, but I am just now getting the photos of it. She looked so cute in her blessing dress. It was very nice to have our family here.

We had the greatest time playing on the beach in San Diego. The water was a bit too cold for Allie, but she loved playing in the sand. In fact, it took us 2 weeks to get the sand out of her hair!

Anyone who knows Allie knows that she loves Happichu... Happy Birthdays! Well America's birthday was no exception. We celebrated with swimming, snaps (fireworks are illegal in Arizona) and of course a CAKE!!! The girls enjoyed themselves and looked so cute in their matching 4th of July outfits.

Finally, we got Justin's mum to come and visit, and boy did we have fun! Nana was such a big help. Allie loved having someone read to her and someone to boss around. Every morning we could hear " Wake up NANA!!" We also put Nana to work giving Brinley her bath and putting her down for her nap. Hopefully Nana will come back soon!

Oh what joy it is to have little girls in the house! We are trying to adjust to the continuous piles of laundry, the sleep deprived nights and the mountains of diapers in the garbage, but it is moments like these when all of that is worth it. Allie is doing really well at being a big sister and is constantly giving Brinley lots of love. We are truly enjoying our little family!

We just wanted to share our exciting news! Baby Brinley arrived on May 1st. She weighed 7lbs 14 oz and was 20 and1/2 inches. She is perfect in every way! Make sure you check out her dark hair, she may just be Justin's after all.

We just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Easter and show you how cute Allie was at the Easter Egg Hunt. We went to the Hyatt and Allie loved being able to put all of the eggs in her basket.

This last weekend we ventured out in our new home to the Phoenix Zoo! Allie was in heaven and if it hadn't been for the tall fences she would have climbed in and played with all the animals, including the lion. We had a great time!
