Brooke is walking!

Our little Brooke has ventured into the walking world now! She is our latest walker (15 months) but I also think she is our most steady, new, walker of the kids. She will usually be found with something small to hold in her hand (like a crayon or toothbrush) when she is toddling around the house. Her favorite words are 'daddy', 'stop', and 'ah ah ah achoo!'. Pretty darn cute.

Lake Powell Fun!!

Our trip to Lake Powell last month was so much fun!! I have been going to Lake Powell since I was a baby so I always look forward to this fun trip! Our kids enjoyed it all...swimming, tubing, riding in the boat, playing in the sand, canoeing, eating lots of yummy food and treats (of course!!) and relaxing on the houseboat. Haylee got to celebrate her 6th birthday there (lots of pics to follow in next post) and that was a fun treat. We even went to the dock and got ice cream..yum, yum! Here are a few pics of the trip.

Haylee's dance recital!

Here is Haylee dancing in her spring recital. She had lots of fun and always had a big smile on. I think she likes to perform!

Who's who?

Each day I have someone ask me which kid our little Brooke resembles. I think my answer to that question changes every day, right along with how Brooke changes. So to help me make up my mind, I pulled pictures of each of our kids at the same age (right around 6 months). Brecken's picture will be obvious, but can you tell between the three girls? Formulate your guesses........

The first picture is Alainey, then Haylee, then Brooke. I think there will be no mistaking....they all came from the same mold!

Rodeo Parade

Rodeo Parade!

Haylee got to be in a parade today!! She walked, smiled, and performed a dance with the dance studio she goes to here in Oakdale. When I dropped her off this morning it was a little chilly and she didn't quite know what to expect. But she jumped right in and had a blast! When I saw her coming I ran across to videotape the dance. I had to squeeze and shimmy through the crowd and then the dancers were facing the judges table, which almost completely blocked the view for everyone else! So I only caught a tidbit of her dance....so bummed! But this shows just how much fun she was having and what a cute cowgirl she was!!
