I'm falling farther and farther behind!!!!! How are y'all holding up????

Today I have a skull ring for y'all!!!! I made a small yo-yo from some black and white fabric I had on hand. The skull is sewed into the middle of it.

I glued it to a ring base with E6000. This is a super fast project that gives you a great statement piece!

Today I have a magnet for y'all. Our walmart carries these tiny magnet canvas. I painted the background with Dirty Martini, then used some TH rub-ons I had on hand. I can't remember what I colored the butterfly stickers with. I had pre-colored them before the start of the hop. The skull is from Dependable Dotty. Thanks for hanging in till the end! Enjoy! Lisa

Hello and welcome! Well, we have made it a wee past the half-way point!

Today I have a bag for y'all. Super easy and fun to make! If you love fabric, but hate sewing, this is for you! I found this skull image somewhere on the world wide web, sadly, I can't remember where. I used no-sew Heat bond for this. I cut a square of fabric a bit bigger then the image, then a square of heat bond the same size. Then I traced the image on the paper side of the heat bond and cut it out. After I had the image cut out, I ironed it to my bag! Easy-peasy! Thanks for hanging in till the end! Enjoy! Lisa

Hello and welcome!

I had this idea for last year, but never started it. This is a coffin I picked up at Michael's last year.

I was going to add some moss and stuff to the outside, but since I wanted to use it, I decided not too.

I give you my bobbin coffin holder!

This has 13 pegs, and they each can hold 2 bobbins each.

I cut wooden dowels the size of the inside.

I used a drill bit the size of the dowels. The pegs are glued in with E6000. I let that set for a couple of day before painting it. I still might put something on the inside, but I couldn't decide what....

So....I was going to try and do a Smeared Ink Friday today...but didn't finish it....

Hello and welcome! I have a tiny tag for y'all today!

I sprayed the tag down with pink spray, then added texture paste mixed with micro beads over my stencil. What I love about the texture paste, is that it absorbs the ink color on its own. After that dried, I sprayed it again with purple spray. I love how the background turned out!

Today I have some resin rings for y'all. After mixing my resin and letting it sit for the 5 mins, I added glitter to it. The skull mold is one of those ones from the dollar tree. (Love it!!!! I have at least 3)

TAKE THE RESIN OUT OF THE MOLD THE NEXT DAY. I ruined a good mold by waiting 2 days to take it out. Sometimes the resin mold release can turn your resin yellow, so I don't like to use it. After I took it out of the mold, I let it sit for another day to cure, then glued a ring base to the back. Enjoy! Lisa

Today I have a quickie for y'all! I believe these images came from Cobra Graphics (if they didn't I'm sorry, but they do have some cool images). I turned them into flat back buttons on my 1in button machine and glued them to flat back hair snaps. Thanks for hanging in there till the end! Enjoy! Lisa

Today I have another set of bracelets for y'all. These are Day of the Dead inspired.

I bought these images from Etsy somewhere. They started out round and I use them for buttons and pocket mirrors. A small adjustment, and they are square! These were also printed out on muslin fabric.

These were made with fun pinks, blues, and purples. Loads of fun colors! Thanks for hanging in there!!! Enjoy! Lisa

Today I have a couple of fabric bracelets for your eyeballs.

I printed the skull image on to muslin. The bracelet bases are made from purple, and black and white fabrics for one. The other is the same with a bit of orange.

Hello and welcome! So we used to do Smeared Ink Friday's, where we had to use a Smeared Ink image on Friday. I thought I would carry on the tradition.

At the show I'm doing tomorrow they are encouraging people to dress up and there will be a pet costume contest. They would like the vendors to bring candy to hand out to the 'trick or treaters'. I thought it would be fun to hand out these to people with pets who are dressed awesomely.

I stamped out Poe on some pre-sprayed paper. I took it's picture and added 'The Alchemy Factory thinks my pet is Poe-tastic'. Then I turned them into 2.5in buttons. Thanks for coming by each day! Enjoy! Lisa

Hello and welcome back!!! Today I have some key chains for y'all. I'm thinking of making some more of these for my show next weekend. These images came from Lisa's Altered Art (nope! not me!)

They are 1in circles and the bezel was a bit bigger then the 1in image, so I used a fine tipped glue bottle to add glue to the extra space for the MS glitter on the edge. After I let that dry, I covered it with resin, and let it sit for a couple of days.

Hello and welcome back!!!! As you can see.....I haven't blogged since day 19 of last year....

I'm super excited to be back!!!!
This year I'm taking liberties with the no stamp rule. I will be making all sorts of stuff this year, even, possibly, an article of clothing. I had loads of ideas from last year I didn't get too. Yes I will have stamps though!!!! This project, I did use a stamp for the skull shape.

This past year I have learned a couple of new crafty tricks, one of them is quilling! I love it!!!

This is my first free form project and I shouldn't have done it so small!!!! The skull is about 2in. Tiny is hard! But it was fun!

Ok!!!! See the orange piece on top of the mouth, it is not supposed to be there (face palm). I didn't see that until now, and it is too late for me to retake the picture. This morning I'm doing a Market Days. I'm hoping to hop this evening or tomorrow. Thank you for working your way down this awesome hop!!!! Hello and Welcome! How are y'all hanging in there???? I'm hoping for a nap today. At least that is my goal for the day. (After the parade and birthday party and other birthday party and trip out to the carnival in town)

Today is another tag. The background is a mix of orange spray/accidental background and black paint scrapped with a paint comb. The skull is from bombshell stamps, stamped into polymer clay. It is resting on a piece of dresden foil.

Hello and Welcome!!!! Its Smeared Ink Friday!!!!! Today is a tag, with the raven from the Poe set. The background is sprayed with dylusions. For the purple on the side, it is an over spray of the bat stencil. I know some people don't like over spraying the stencils, but sometimes it turns out neat. In the other corner, I traced the bats from the stencil, then colored them in. The white lettering is from a rub-on. Teresa is waiting patiently for you. Enjoy! Lisa

So, to be honest I needed a quick and easy one today. (I miss my weekly nap!!!! whiney, whiney, whiney. Just have to get used to working out in the world again)

I made this tiny banner, with the Stampin' Up banner punch.

I don't know why this picture is being a jerk, but it is. The dime is to show scale. The face stamp is from Smeared Ink Killer Bo Peep set. The letters I wrote out and everything is embossed with white powder!
