Breaking Steps in Life

Hooray!!! I am going for a vacation in Brisbane and Gold Coast in few hours!!! This is the trip we have planned for so long and we really wanna to be there for the first ever summer in Australia. We heard so much on the joy and excitements of Gold Coast, now will be our turns to experience it ourselves!!! And after that I'll be in Melbourne for few days before I am leaving back home to my sweet home........:)

Finally this is my update after so long!!! Exam on 9 Nov and OSCE on 1 Nov. And I finished my first year of medicine in MONASH University!!! And the most excited plan is we are going to Gold Coast and Brisbane for 8 days trip!!! I have been longing to go out for a vacation since my semester started. I realized I still have so much to explore in the world, and I am going to travel around the world!!! Now my target is to travel around as much as I can in Australia and make use of my studying period here. LOL. Seems like I am coming Australia for holiday instead of studying. Hahah…but definitely “Study Hard, and Play hard!!” LOL

Short after exam, we have had so much plans, and we tried to squeeze all our plan while everyone is here. Like we cooked for Augusta and friends on last Saturday. It’s really a great feast and we had so much food. We, Yu Wan, Chau Wang, Jessica, Yun Ying and I were the main chefs that day, we managed to cook 5 dishes with Bak Kut Teh and some desserts (Batik Cake, Triffle and Fruit jelly) everything seemed awesome that day, and we had lots of fun. It’s our returning appreciation to Augusta them who celebrated our first Chinese New year in Australia when we’re new in Melbourne. It’s our sweet time while we enjoying the feast with them. It’s also an gathering for us after exam!!! J

And after all, we played Frisbee and soccer in the afternoon when it’s the hottest time!!! (1-3pm) and at night we played badminton ……it’s really a tiring day but it’s really a great rewarding supper from cheanying and yeusheng after that. They made Taco (a Mexican pie I should say) I am not sure how to describe it…LOL….it’s really delicious and appetizing. Guess what I ate 3 pieces!!! Thanks a lot, cy and ys!!!

After few days of packing and we eventually settled all the storage stuff, and we are storing our stuff for 4 months till we came back for summer vacation. Guess what we booked a storage space of 30 cubic meter, we just managed to occupy only 1/3 of it!!!! We should have booked a smaller one, but next year we may need a bigger one!!! LOL..

About my study I never imagine I am finishing my first year so soon, and I still remember my departure to Australia in KLIA and the first day in Melbourne. And eventually it’s the end of the first year (I’m now a 20% doctor!!). Refreshing back what have I learnt up to date and …… I am really so shocked that the time passed so quickly and I want to beneficial my time as much as I can… I would need to learn more to gain more knowledge as I can so that I can be a good and qualified doctor after the five years of university life.
