Creekside Carnival



We had such a blast at the carnival. We were one of the trunks for trunk or treat and I was impressed that Lucas could climb the rock wall. My boys of course were very impressive in their consumption of candy!! It was good to see you all there and Cortni was right, the group picture was much easier when they were all less mobile!!

The buildings ALMOST done

So for those of you off visiting yesterday, Lonnie announced that next week we will be in the NEW building. Its going to be pretty bare bones (the official dedication isn't until August) but don't show up at the Middle School or you will be all alone!!
On that note we have a work day this Saturday at 9:30 and then we'll cook out hot dogs at the building. There going to be landscaping, grading, and other miscellaneous work. SO, maybe we'll see you there?
And- WE NEED TO GET TOGETHER!! I miss you guys, July has been too long!!

Happy Easter!!!!!!

To everyone;
We won't be seeing you guys this Sunday for Easter. We are really upset about it, I want to see all the little ones in their cute Easter outfits but we will be spending it with my family that morning. I know the church is supposed to have a really good program and we are sad we will miss it. I hope everyone has a good Easter!!!!!! We will see you guys next week during our small groups.

Rotating Groups

We had so much fun at our small group small group Tuesday night. Thanks Courtney for putting this together, and who knew Adam was such a great cook. I'm looking forward to meeting with the rest of you in a smaller setting as well. It was nice to have fewer kids to chase and to actually focus on the study. I really appreciated this weeks study on Judah. God uses us even when we are sooo flawed. We had a few prayer requests to share but I don't remember them all so hopefully COurtney can help me out with an edit here....

Prayer Requests

Hi all! I have a friend who could really use our prayers, so please join me in praying for this sweet family!

This past Monday Jaymie, a friend from ACU, delivered very premature twins. She was 25 weeks pregnant. She had a little boy, Kanyon, weighing 1 pound 12 ounces and a little girl, Jayde, who weighed 1 pound 9 ounces. Last night Jayde went home to be with her heavenly Daddy. Kanyon is doing well, but has a long road ahead of him.
