LIFE IS HARDING

As most of you know we have a boat and we bought Maci a life jacket for boating (which we still haven't gone) but she isn't a big fan of it but we put her in the bath tub with it on and she seemed to like it.

Here are a few pictures of Maci. She is going to be 7 months tomorrow I can't believe how fast time has flown by! She is such a good baby we love her lots!

So I don't think I ever posted about the fact that I ran my first 1/2 Marathon in May. I have pictures but forgot to bring my flash drive so I will have to post those later but I ran the Provo City Half it was the funniest time I didn't run with anyone was just on my own and there were pacers on the run and I made sure I stayed in front of this one guy most of the time except at the end when I had to run up over the via dock in Provo (mind you that I was almost done) I about threw up and then that was when he passed me at that point and I just thought D&#@!% but all in all I finished under 2 hours which is what I wanted to do YAHOO!! I will definitely be doing one of these again and again. Who knows maybe next year I will run a full?? In other family news Maci is loving solid foods we just fed her prunes and sweet potato's last night LOVED THEM! She is a rolling machine we will lay her on the floor and walk away for a moment and she has gone from one end of the room to the other. She is still sleeping through the night sometime she will wake up and cry we go in put her Binky in and she is out again. She is the best little baby I love her so much. We also bought her a life jacket to go boating I feel bad taking a picture of her in it because she HATES it absolutely HATES it she screams when we put it on her but she needs one and has to have one for when we go. I will have to snap a quick photo and show the people that read my blog. Trace and I are doing great and we just love spending time with Maci. We also have a little garden again I will have to take a picture to show you and we have strawberries they are the best strawberries EVER. The one issue with the garden is the D%$@ birds they have ate millions of my strawberries I have an owl out to scare them but I don't think it is working so we are going to go buy one of those things that squirts water at them when they land in the garden. Well I hope everyone's summer is going good I will get some more pictures posted.

Here are some pictures of what we have been doing the past 3 weeks. We have been camping the last two weeks and on May 14Th we blessed Maci at our house it was very nice and of course me the forgetful mom I left my camera upstairs and didn't get pictures until the end after I took her dress off. She has also started to eat rice cereal with fruits and veggies. She loves carrots and hates apples, green beans and bananas unless I mix them with rice cereal she will just spit them out. She absolutely will not eat the apples though it is really funny to watch her eat them though. She has started to copy cat things we do soooo funny I have video that I will have to post. We have had a lot of fun these last three weeks and love every minute we have with Maci!
