Why do all of my pictures of the kids in pumpkin patches look so awful? They really ARE having a good time. But if you look at their faces in the pictures, you'd think I had dragged them there kicking and screaming!

My Pitiful Pumpkins...
My Pumpkins' Pumpkins.... yes, still trying to catch up
First, let me clarify....
1 - Our kids rarely wear clothes. At least not in the house. I've tried. Well, Laney will sometimes do the opposite. Some days she'll go through 5 outfits just to put on something different. But mostly, it's just her undies. Carter... we're lucky if Carter keeps his clothes on until he gets home. I caught him undressing in the playground at Chick-fil-a one day. We have at least gotten to the point that he'll stay dressed unless we're at home or either grandparents' house. It was touch and go there for a while.
2 - Joel does not usually have a goatee. The guys in his office grew them out in honor of a co-worker they lost to cancer. His goatee didn't look too awful, but for some reason he shaved the bottom and left the mustache. THAT was awful.
I digress...
CJH - September
Oh my gosh... he is suuuuuch a sweet baby. WE. LOVE. HIM.
My mom swears she still hasn't heard him cry. He is starting to sleep longer and eat more. I can definitely tell he has grown a lot. He actually gained a pound in one week between 2 and 3 weeks old. He is on Prevacid now - 3 for 3! Coleman loves to sleep in the sunshine. I love to watch him. :)
CJH - October
Lancome Laney
I'm gone for one itty-bitty meeting, and I come home to find my sweet baby girl has gotten into the free samples of Lancome that GranJan (aka GeeGee) brought me. Joel said she "got a little on the carpet and in the closet."
This was just ONE part of the closet...
First Outing...
I found an old picture and wanted to include it. This is our first outing with all three kids in the car. Seats have been switched a bit since then, but... it was a little strange to turn around and see this!
