The Circus!

Last weekend my Dad & StepMom came to visit while they were on their Mardi Gras break. Friday morning we went the Ringling Bros. Circus. Thank goodness we were able to sit in the Coke suite because the 3 hour circus made for some antsy kids!

This smile was plastered on his face the entire day!

My 3 guys!

Maren wanted to sit back with Meme but was curious about everything!

What a (rare) sweet moment!

We had to have at least one meltdown!

Can't everything be fixed with a big cupcake with Daddy?

It's Reading Time

I took these two pics one evening last week. William is doing so great with his reading. He has a ton of sight words we do twice a week from school. On other nights we try to read a couple of pages with him. Maren loves her books too! She climed on the sofa with her book when she saw Michael and William reading.

Time at the Park

A few weeks ago we spent the afternoon with the DeFusco's little ones. We went to the park for a little bit and I was able to snap a few pictures. It's quite a handful with Maren and Jack and Emily. They are all over the place!

This is as close to going down the slide as Jack would get. He just wanted to check it out.

My Sweet Sweet Valentine!

My wonderful husband knows the wya to my heart! For Valentine's Day he sent me chocolates and macaroons from Sucre. They are my favorite and oh my gosh were they amazing! I am such a nerd but they were so pretty I just had to take pictures. I still think it would be such a cool job to be a food stylist but I've seen how pain staking the job is so I'll just continue to take pics for fun!

The Valentine macaroons were flavored with rose scented creme and Champagne creme. They had little sparklies in the pastry and dusted over them.

Aren't the chocolates pretty too?! They were dusted with a gold powder too.

They lasted 4 days!! Now onto the beach diet!

William is wearing my other Valentine present. Michael ordered me a Snuggie! He accidently over ordered 2. When we opened the box he had actually ordered 2 sets so we have 4!

My Funny Valentines!

You have no idea how rare it is to have these two sitting this close and no one is fussing!
I snapped him mid wink!

Look at those lashes! When she was born it was probably the first thing I looked for. I thought- oh thank goodness she got Michael's lashes too!

This picture couldn't be more "my daughter"--- mouth wide open laughing or babbling and her dress hiked up so she can reach her belly button. She is always messing with her belly button! It drives us nuts but it's sort of her comfort thing. I love that her tights have her diaper all cockeyed!!

Valentine Decorating

My Keller Williams office had a Valentine Decorating party for our children. We decorated goodie bags for little ones at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and we made Valentine cards for seniors. Everyone had a great time. There were plenty of stickers and glue and glittery glue to go around!

William was taking his writting very serious. He was also confused on why there were so many sick kids. Oh, the innocence!

We stole Michelle's idea and made this puppy card together.

William wanted to make one on his own so here's his puppy bag!

We had a great turnout!

Karen brought us an awesome King Cake that her husband Peter made for us! He took on the challenge of making us this New Orleans favorite and it was delicious!!

Look how pretty it is too!!

SSI

We took a girl's trip last month to St. Simons. We usually go when the weather is warmer, but it was still great to get away. We spent a lot of time in our comfy clothes hanging out. We played games, watched the inauguration and relaxed! (Not to mention the laughing and cutting up!)

Maren's First Haircut

Maren was beginning to look like she had a femullet so I had to bite the bullet and get her hair cut. I hated to trim her beautiful curls, but something had to be done! I decided to let Ms. Judy cut it at school. Lisa, the school owner promised to take pictures and I figured Mae would do better without me there. Poor Michele had to hold her and as you can see she was not a happy camper!

Look at this pitiful face!
