alright, i admit im getting lazier to blog. hahaha. my life is not exactly interesting, and its more of a routine kind of lifestyle: sleep, work, eat, out.
i din really go out that much lately either, except during cny... hmm, even cny, i din go visiting as much as the other years..
oh well, at least i can stil hit 1k angbao $ (with the help of ahgong's ya sui qian)
luck is quite ok this year, i won abit from blackjack surprisingly.. i was never lucky in card games. lol. and, dad won quite alot when we invited some friends and relatives over, so, he gave me partial of his winnings and its like $80!! but he took $40 to buy cig and some other stuff lah.. lol. but still, i still win lah~
time to upload my old complains for the benefit of those who have not hear it yet. LOL.
1) M1
I called to ask for some handphone vouchers, since my contract has already ended (ended nearly for a year actually). guess what. the officer said the marketing dept would have sent vouchers to me if I am eligible.
Eligible?!
Next she said, it is quite impossible to give vouchers as my monthly average bill is only $70+. The most she can gave is just $10 rebate for 6 months and free caller id for 6 months.
wtf? so, I wrote a complain letter to M1:
I have been a customer of M1 for 8 years, though it was signed under different name. I am very disappointed in M1 services, promotions, marketing. They seem only to target at high end users, users whose bills are more expensive and neglected users of lower value.
My contract actually ended for nearly a year. M1 made no effort in sending any promotion letters, or vouchers at all, to ask if I want to carry on signing contract. Now that my handphone is spoiled, I called 1627 and M1 Shop to ask if it is possible to get handphone vouchers. To my disappointment, the customer service officer told me as my monthly average bill is only $70odd, I am not eligible for any extra promotions. The Marketing Dept would have sent me vouchers if I am in their category.
What kind of service is this? Lower value users are not users? It is still money nevertheless. I am shocked to find M1 discriminate and filter their customers. Competitors like StarHub, sent $200 voucher to me every year. Once my brother's mobile contract ended, they immediately send another handphone voucher. My brother monthly average bill is only $50odd!
The only reason that I have not change subscriber is due to the fact that I do not wish to change mobile number as it is pretty much a hassle. Given that M1's rewards program is extremely unattractive, I still stand by M1 as the coverage is extensive and price is still reasonable. Since M1 do not take me (and those lower value users) importantly, I don't see any point in continuing using M1 anymore.
Should I not receive any feedback by tomorrow, this very email will be sent to SPH.

2) Shop and Save
my mom wanted to buy mayo but she bought salad dressing instead. so she asked me to change it.first they told me i should have told the cashier that i wanted to do an exchange before i went in n take the things i wanted to exchange to.
fine, i understand. it is to prevent theft. anyway, they dun have the mayo that my mom wanted, so i exchange to some tissues n stuff. then the cashier told me exchange cannot be done. why? because its from different category.
meaning, since the salad dressing is from sauces n condiment, i have to exchange to something from the same category.
WTF?????????this is absolutely ridiculous! no logic at all!
the cashier asked if i still want to do the exchange. i said of coz not. the purpose for the exchange is because the stuff was bought wrongly, and u dun have the things i want, what else can i exchange to? this rule is ridiculous, i have never heard it before.
the cashier kept quiet. in the end, i still have to fork out $$ to buy the things my mom wanted to exchange to.

ok, M1 did called me back the next day after I sent the email. And, they gave me a $100 voucher. hahha.
so... i went parkway yesterday and got myself an N95!!!! well, finally! haha
but hey, im not a complain queen/aunty ok.. there are some things where u HAVE to complain lor. if i am really that a complain queen, i would have complained many many companies already! singapore's service is really that sucky ok!
