The Roasted Cauliflower was definitely the highlight of the night. It was at the right level of softness, which paired really well with the crunchiness of the sliced celery. The cauliflower was also slightly charred, which gave the dish an extra oomph factor. Overall, the additional touches were subtle yet precise, resulting in a very well balanced dish. (Yes one can actually enjoy vegetables without feeling mundane). Missing the sweet finish to Saturday’s lunch. The combination of perfectly caramelized banana, pork bacon and passion fruit sauce is an interesting take on the French Toast. It’s surprisingly light yet satisfying.
