Back to School

It's monday n it's week one of the term ade. It's no longer orientation but it's induction for my course subject. THe school has cited out programmes for the first two weeks so that we can get to know each other better. There are going to be talks, seminars, social events and lectures even. NOw i understand y would they shout for a lecture-free induction tis morning during the VC speech tis morning.

I ve got to know more friends today. Most of the time i ve been 'smuggling' into the singaporeans group. I hope sooner o later i ll get to know more malaysians. I hope im not going to be the only one.

Actually, im starting to get emo these two days. I didn have a very good sleep last nite as i misses home very much, my bedroom, n my bed (jane bought me the lovely pinkie bedsheets and i used to talk to my glow-in-the-dark stars n moons every nite). I know i shouldnt have behaved like tis, but i ve been starting to skip meals n crying at night (or mb it might be due to PMS). Plus i ve been coughing badly n having sore throat these few days. I tried not to show it, esp in front of my family, but i guess they might notice a glimpse of it. Im sorry. But WE believe it's a phase, an ordinary phase that everyone would encounter, so don't worry, it will pass, n i shall be alrite soon. But i would really like to say Thanx for the big card from my secondary friends n the sweet warm card from jane, i read it every nite, n i cried every time i read them. But im assured that everyone is there for me, n i muz stay strong, healthy n be happy. Lv.

My first week

It has been such a crazy n whirlwind week. I ve experienced so much that i ve not before n things r so new to me. I hope i would stil be able to post anything tml since school starts tml n there wil b no more trips, shoppings, n parties for the time being. Im now sitting comfortably with my legs tugged in snugly under my legs, facing my white vaio which i love very much.

International orientation is over now, n it's time to get ready for 'back to school'. It has been good so far, as i ve made lots of friends, visited plenty of places, eaten lots of food n etc. The weather is cold here, esp when the wind blows, n im wondering how would i survive in winter. FOrtunately, i ll escape one month out of it as im coming bac to my msia in dec. To be truthful, i really feel Asian here. Mb due to my accent, my dressing, my personality, my perspective o sum other reasons that u could think of. It's like how u could be so outstanding at home, the one always in the centre of attraction, but on the other hand, being so shy, quiet n stimes foolish over here. Im stil getting use to it. Like wat all the elderlys say, jz learn the positive cultures but not the negative ones. But i really admire that they r so inquisitive and enthusiastic in class. If they have any doubts, they ll simply raise up their hands n voice out their questions. N we used to be spoon fed n absorb whatever being fed to us.

One thing i would like to share here is that studying abroad is really a extraordinary experience. I never expected that to be so difficult. There's a lot of aspects n things that i ve neglected o missed. For instance, i wasnt aware that thinking n preparing three meals a day wil be such an uphill struggle. Im going to cry whenever i think of tis. It's like there's no concrete direction on this n u have to decide n plan carefully by urself. I ve cooked my first meal ALL BY MYSELF today n it ended up not too bad, apart frm cutting myself while cuttin veggie. Im such a klutz. Anyway of course there r always rooms of improvement, n pinkiecloud is always working for better achievements.

OTher than that, u have to think how long would u like to do ur laundry, how r u going to manage ur household chores n studies.. Btw, mum has promised to send me the rice cooker so that i can hv rice as my staple instead of cereals o potatoes.

I ve staying in my room for whole day, chattin n updating. There's actually bit packing to do more, i ll leave it for later. Im having sore throat n i think i better hv my rest now. ANyway, lectures gonna start tmr n hopefully everything is going to turn out well. Gambate ya =)

I did marketing

It was Saturday n no longer orientation. After sum discussions, we stil decided to opt for Coventry today as we really need to do some shopping n marketing for nx week's survival. N coventry has affordable and suitable stuffs. Sum of them went to Birmingham i think, well, i ll just have to keep it for another day.

I have to admit that im quite smart today. I was sensitive enuf to notice that there was a family package thingy for the bus ticket. INstead of paying 2.6pounds each, we can jz pay 1.6 pounds now for the fares now. We went to Noodle Bar again (Tracy misses the roast duck rice badly) and tis time we planned for our meals. Instead of ordering one meal for each, n wasted sum food each (as the portions are large), 7 of us ordered 4 meals n we shared. Hence we could have a taste of 4 different types of food at a time, n at a lower price. So happy. THough sum of the food r not as tasty as in msia, but at least it's stil CHINESE FOOD, so nvm..

After enjoying a good meal, we went shopping! Jerrick, tracy n min went to ikea to 'complete' their little kitchens while amanda, katie, royce n me went for boots and coat-shopping. The 3 gals were so kind to gv me suggestions n tips.. helping to speed up my decision making. Stimes im quite slow at decision makings. At the end of the 'hunt', i got two coats, a pair of shoes and a pair shoes. I was extremely happy.. Wow.. n nice!!

Not forgetting another important task of me today -- marketing.. TIs is my first time doing marketing, usually i jz followed mum n helped her to carry her groceries. I was so excited n delighted when the fruit seller was willing to gv me a bargain of almost a pound. Hmm.. So i saved bout 2 pounds today ade ya.. I bought sum tomatoes, grapes and plums. They were cheap n fresh.

At night, we cooked togeta for dinner. Tracy especially was the chef. N me, haha, was to wipe dishes. But gv me sum time, i ll pick up n learn cooking k? WE had RICE, so happy, with chicken, meatballs, and soup. Tracy sponsored the orange juices too. So we cooked togeta, ate togeta, and chat togeta. We were having great fun sharing bout our stories and plans. I wished we could have more meals like tis in future, though it's quite troublesome n tiring (for the chef), as is really warm n feel like home. My flat is like a quite one, where everyone does their own thing, closes their door, hv their own food etc. There were no interaction and warmth o even fuzzy.

ANyway, it's time for bed n im starting to get sick. Mum n dad has been nagging me to have more rest, sleep earlier n drink more water. Mum n dad's words r very precious now, as i dun get to listen often now. Nite nite =)

The little hidden Coventry

It was the last day of Orientation and there were some important events today. WE started off at the Freshers Fair, where we got lots of freebies such as chocolates, pens, pendrives, sugars and coffee. When everyone is done, we headed to Coventry. We went shopping that day, but today, the tour guide brought us to the other part of Coventry where histories were embedded there.

Let's hv sum intro first. Coventry was actually not a famous town, but it's extremely famous amongst the warwickans. The reason for this is that Coventry is the nearest city centre to uni. It's not too bad though, as it has huge shops too and a very huge IKEA. We visited few cathedrals in Coventry n we were told of the history related. One of the most interesting one is about Peeping Tom. He was famous bcuz he was a voyeur who furtively observes naked or sexually active people for his own gratification. N it was Lady Godiva, a very respectful women in Coventry centuries ago. The LEGEND sounds like tis, Lady Godiva went for a naked ride through the streets of Coventry, in order to persuade her husband to alleviate the harsh taxes on the town's poor. The story goes that the townsfolk agreed not to observe Godiva as she passed by, but that Peeping Tom broke that trust and spied on her. In addition to this, the ride is still commemorated in the city every hour. I got the chance of seeing one, but i couldnt record it bcuz buses were passing by n blocking the view. each year.

Another one is the registrar, which is the oldest registrar in England. N i was told that, nowadays, many couples would prefer to have their wedding here instead of churches due to the period that it has been here. How romantic ya.. Btw, the tour guide also brought us the marketplace n recommended sum outlets where we can get cheap cheap stuffs.. GOod rite..

After sum sightseeing, we had sum pastas for lunch. Then we went to Ikea. It resembled the malaysia ikea, selling furnitures and household wares. N I got a sweet coloured plate n bowl to be microwave-d there.

We waited for bus to head back to uni in the evening. BUt the bus took more than half an hour to arrive. N it was extremely thronged with ppl where i had to stand at the staircase, holding two big bags.. Terrible. THereby, we ended up arriving late n missed our enrolment! It was quite embarassing. We got a sigh of relief when we were told that we could do it for the nx morning.

The night spent was spent at this party called Heat. Anyway there were parties for all the nites but i missed the previous two as i was superbly tired n i yearned for sum time to talk to myself (blogging). But since that's the last night of orientation, i guess it's one of the pinnacles ya.. Acutally it's jz sum music dance thing. Due to tiredness n unfamiliration, i wasnt quite able to follow the steps and echoes. Many were enthusiastic n high (due to alcohol n the strong beats i think), but fortunately i wasnt drunk (of course, of i didn drink any) :D Nevertheless, i have to announce that tis is my first time clubbing (seriously).. But do u noe that they gave us a condom n lubricant in the Freshers Bag??! I think inevitably there r a spectrum of 'tricks' in pubs, bars and clubs, hopefully all of u can teach me more pls so that im not deceived o trapped easily.

Unlocking secrets of Oxford

The day started early with skype and breakfast again. N cereals again. Hmm.. BUt today was an bright one as we went to oxford. THere were two destinations actually, oxford o straford. I took the former one as it is more famous n i guess i ll jz wait for my nx chance to straford if my going-to-be friends wil bring me out there one day..
Oxford is awesome. Unlike what i tot, it was a big big city centre. There were many many colleges. For ur info, oxford is a collegiate where colleges educate u, n oxford examine n award u. I onli get to know bout it when i applied for cambridge last year. Well, let's focus on oxford. Due to the brilliance of the bus driver, we missed the traffic jam n reached there on time. We had a tour guide, whose name is Ian. He gv us lots of info, but too bad, i din really listen to them attentively, cuz busy taking photos again. Hehe.. Well, the buildings here have been preserved very well and each structure has a story to tell. U wil be fascinated by the beauty of geometry of each building. The streets were very clean n pretty. The whole city appears to be so mysterious n full of amazement.

AFter that, we were given sum time for ourselves. WE tot of shopping. Imagine the shopping paradise in high streets. It was wow as everything was pretty n gigantic. But then it was quite disappointing bcuz the prices were sky-high therefore we resorted to sum window shopping. Sigh. If tis is in msia, i would have indulge myself in a shopping spree, even if it's by my own.

WEll, let's talk bout food. We had lunch at The Grapes. It was quite a good deal which is 2 meals for 9pounds. In other words, each has to pay bout 4.5 for a meal. It sounded quite expensive, but tat's the best that we could look for since our legs were experiencing excruiciating pain due to minutes o mb hours of walking and we were famished. So I had fish n chips, n it's really really delicious. I ve also got a taste of the english mustard, it is really like wasabi, not too nice though. Anyway, i would award it as the best meal i had for these few days. Congratulations =)

Lastly dinner was at Rootes, which is provided for Orientation participants. Beef rice n noodles. N i ve got to know my neighbour, she's Royce, from singapore as well. I wasnt aware of that though i ve like known her for two days. Im so sorry. Luckily it was not too late yet. WEll, tats all for today. My eyes are dropping. GOod nite and sweet dreams.

Good Morning

It was my second day here. I woke up 630 in the morning to have a short conversation with my family. Then i headed for breakfast. Im sure u could guess it-- yup, cereals! I dun really think that cereals are filling, but i had no choice. To fill my little stomach better, i had toasts and salads. N fruit punch. THis was like not the kind of breakfast that we wil have in msia. Anyway, the portion was enormous n i ended up wasting lots of food all the time.

Followed by that, i went to coventry with sum of my sg frens. I think we were quite brave enuf to go there as it's like we were all so new to this place. Nevertheless i followed them up the bus n payed 2.6pounds for the daysaver ticket. Actually i ve not been on a bus frequently, as we used to drive in msia hmm.. N there's lots of lots of walking involved here. Last time, i ll jz drive though to the marina shop which is in front of my hs, n now i ve been walking for 15-20 mins to a destinatino mb?? Anyway, i was like so amazed to see buildings n houses in coventry. The biggest difference is that their walls of made of stones. This made the building so historical, so nice and so 'wow'.. On my way i saw the most familiar thing, which is McDonalds!!! Haha.. N behind it was Pizza Hut n oso one of my fav, which is KFC!!! Im crazy of fastfood hoo.. Actually not.

I forgot how long did the journey take, as i was busy taking pictures. Hehe.. Sorry. But once we reached coventry, we had our lunch. We chose Noodle Bar as it is one of the recommendations frm the seniors. The restaurant was decorated in quite a chinese style. N the menu has both mandarin n english. I ordered for a 'char hor fun' which costed me like 5.8pounds. N sum of my frens had fried rice, curry noodles, duck rice etc. In a nutshell, all these r like so familiar food of us. N i really felt that i ve not eaten rice nor noodles for a long long time.. But anyway, i think the food we have in msia are fantastic... Shudnt have grumbled so much when im enjoying all that in msia hmm..

After satisfying our 'food'sick, we headed to phone shops to hunt for uk mobile nos. Well, without much delay, i got mine, since it was like cheap for both international o local calls. Mutual benefits.. But one thing which is quite extraordinary is that, u r unable to choose ur desired no here. N u onli know ur no after u opened ur pack, n of course, once opened, it's non-refundable. WEll, luckily the no i got wasnt too bad. N it ended with the digit '5' too, which i like very much.
Ever since most of my frens n i have our nos ending with '5' like yong, lin, ying etc.. So i would really like to keep the connection here.
Anyway we spent quite sum time in coventry, but doing nthing much. Cuz we took such tm to familiarise the place o looking for destinations. Anyway, we went back to uni for the orientation games in the evening. THe games were not too bad. My hat goes to Tracy who tried the rock climbing. If u noe me well, i wasnt daring enuf to try it. But after that i was quite regret for not trying.. Haiz.. Cuz it's like a golden chance to try everything n esp when it's free.. ANyway, it's history now..
After dinner it was just more unpacking. It was free time for myself and i blogged this post for all of u, hope u guys enjoy it =P

In the Skies

(Malaysian time)
7.00pm
Had farewell dinner with family outside. THis is going to be a very sad one, cuz the nx dinner i can have with my family wil be after 2.5 months =( For the whole week, im jz like a princess as they have been letting me decide whatever i want to eat before i leave. I had seafood (crabs r my fav!), Chinese cuisine n of course one that cannot be found elsewhere which is mum's food.

7.45pm
Crystal called me. Was onli able to have a short conversation to her due to time constrain. She is so sweet, even posted me a card from kuching. Although the gift is not an expensive one, but imagine how far had the card distance, how many kilometres, the meaning beneath it is so meaningful. Thanx gal.

8.00pm
We r on our way to the airport. Tried hard to control my emo. Throughout the journey, everyone was trying to make the whole situation as relaxed as possible. N there r loads of encouragement, support and best wishes msges from my lovely frends, such as alice, tau fu yong, siew lin, hui wen n family frends. Im so touched.

9.30pm
We reached the enchanting KLIA. Tears started to roll down QUIETLY but with my determination it was quite managable. To my suprise, grandma n my two aunties r so caring to cum to send me off though they were exhausted after working for whole day. Of course, all my 7 aunties gv me angpaus too. Hehe.. With their presence, the whole situation again, became better, at least not so tensed n sad. I checked in my suitcase, 21.5 kg, n the receptionist passed it. I shud had put more so that i dun have to carry so much.

9.40-11pm
I was asked to go on board on 11.10pm. So it's family time n photography session. But my luggage was checked in, missed the opportunity to grab a photo with my big big luggage bag. Im worried how am i going to carry it after i reached uk.

11pm
THe time has finally came. I went on board (with sum crying) n quickly emerged to my gate. I was jz on time to board the plane, keke. The delay was bcuz the officer wanted to check if i have any sharp weapons in my pencilbox. Hence i took sum time to unlock, open my pencilbox (which is extremely hard to close it bac bcuz i squeezed lots of things into it), unlock n lastly go. Fortunately that i did not miss the flight.

1240am
The plane departed. Seat belts were tightened. It was sad to say goodbye to Malaysia, a place that im proud of no matter how. Tears rolled down my cheeks again when i see the plane going up gradually n waved goodbye to sepang. The crying went on for a while cuz the air steward n stewardness were walking in n out. It was kinda embarrassing to cry with eyes looking red.

120 am
Supper time. THere were 3 options: lemon with rice, bbq mexican chicken n pasta. Well, i chose the mexican chicken as im not used eating rice for supper n i think i ll eat more pasta later.

230am
I began to fall asleep. I noe i have to sleep otherwise i ll have jet lag. I could imagine that my lovely family members shud be sleeping n thinking of me at the same time. Furthermore, that's a way of passing time. My knees, hips n legs were experiencing excruciating pain as i ve been sitting there for 13 hours. Beside me was a British couple. In half an hour, he asked for 4-5 cups of drinks. Wow..

1030am (the nx day)
The plane landed safely on London Heathrow Airport. Luckily, the students helpers were awaitin us, instead of following their initial plan, where we have to wait til 4am. Thanks. But the airport was thronged with ppl, hardly able to get to know anyone o chat anything. We were driven to Conventry on a bus. Then, we queued up, collected our accommocation keys and oso packed sum of our things.

(UK Time)
10.30am
Warwick was a nice place. never seen so much of cows, sheep n horses grazing on the field. N the lands n grasses r really really green. Checked in into my room. It is a very comfortable, clean n well furnished room. Im not exaggerating, it resembles a hotel room , cuz so well equipped. Even the kitchen r extremely clean. Good choice. Chatted with family using internet for first time. Everybody was excited. Dad n mum witnessed the advancement of technology by their own eyes and experience. N dad was so worried that skype is going to charge him for the video calls. Hehe..

1pm
Had my first lunch in Warwick. THis consisted of two sandwiches, one packet of snack, two shortbread slices, a green n red apple respectively. NOt forgetting is a small bottle of sparkling grapeberry water. I 'da bao' them n had them in my room though.

230pm
Signed up n registered for trips to coventry and oxford. Hopefully both wil be remarkable ones.
Went for campus to have a look around the spacious campus. It was really beautiful. Everything looked exactly the same as shown in the booklets and handouts. None was photoshop-ed.

520pm
Went to University House to collect my Univeristy status letter to open bank acc. It was so far, n i have to go it alone, since sum of the ppl i noe had a acc ade. Took sum pics on my way. When i reached the marquee, the luggages r ready to be collected. Hence, i carried my 21kg builky n heavy luggage back to my room. It was an uphill struggle to take it up the second floor, where my room was located. I was forced to pull the suitcase step by step up the second floor. It was extremely heavy. I was exhausted. After that, i took a nice bath n got ready for dinner.

600pm
We had dinner in the Rootes Restaurant. We had macaroni, potato wedges, salad, n a spectrum varieties of cake. HOw shud i live if everything i eat is of potato ya.. Meanwhile, get to know new friends such as students from HK n SG.

830pm
There was a rock n roll dancing activity. Well, people who r not a good dancer like me, this is a tough challenge. Of course i stil went for it. N had sum fun =) Created my own steps n repeating the same few steps. Too bad for Michelle to partner with talentless dancer like me.

9.45pm
It was lucky to meet Tracy n Jerrick last min. Both of them stayed in Heronbank. So we walked back togeta. The campus is supposed to be safe, but mb u jz dun feel safe cuz it's ur first time n the pathway was really quite dark and quiet.

10pm
My luggage bag was stil standing nicely in my room. Hehe. Meaning i haven done my packing. But it was like too tired to do it. So i simply grabbed few toiletries that i needed to wash up myself and left the other things unattended. Im sorry for that, but i ll prefer to have a rest now. Dear luggage, jz stay with me for one more night b4 i cleaned u up k? THere was no crying tonight due to the tiredness too. Well, it's a very very good thing to me.

Tata

Hi, i was just back from gathering. This was a very meaningful one bcuz it was my farewell. Previously i had been participatin in farewells, watching my frens leaving my beloved Malaysia one by one, n now it's my turn hmm.. It's really a mixed blend of positive n negative feelings, i guess im really in their shoes now. U wil be so glad to leave, yet so reluctant to leave. But i guess this is part of the growing process that everyone would encounter.

It was great to see everyone again. Especially shyangyong who never fails to turn up during our gatherings. He did not break his promise to me tis time, nevertheless turning up n even kind enuf to gv me a nice gift, which is a shiny from Scorpions. Thanks ya. Apparently, if it's not my farewell, i dun think i ll be able to see him today. He's always busy wth uni. So he's like my VIG today.

Anyway, tq for everyone for all the wishes and gifts. Thanx to siewlin for the pen drive, n special thanks to ying n wen for the effort spent on designing n completing the big card. I ll pin it on my notice board when i reach there so that i can always have a grip of u guys. N oso kheng eik for the willingness to spend ur spare time for the meeting. You ve changed quite a lot, jeffrey. Hehe.. I had lotzz of fun n i hope u guys too. It's the most close-knitted fship i ve came across n to me, we are so much like a family (of course including wendy n pizza chow). THank you for all the warmth, fun, jokes n gossips and sharing that u ve given for all these years. I really hope we can stil keep in touch til we bcome parents n even grandparents. At least i hope i get to attend weddings of each n everyone of u. I wish u guys all ur best in ur future undertakings too. Cheers!

ps. Hope wendy has the free time to work out a bit on the photo to add her as well as pizza chow to complete the 'chuen kah fok'.

A new Vision

Went to the optical shop today. Of course to get a pair of new spectacles. I have been wearing this 'lao-yi' (old-fashioned and traditional) glasses for almost 4 years. Since im embarking on a new level of my life, i think it's not too bad to change a new one ya. THough there was no change in my power, stil 700+. Haha, very deep le.. THe optician did mention that it was considered very deep, so im at the foot of the normal distribution ar..

Initially i chose a nice white glasses, but then the kind optician broke my heart by saying that i couldnt wear such glasses. THe reason for this is that my power is too high, and if i make such glasses, it would be very very thick, heavy n awkward. Signs of disappointment were evident on my face. THe professional optician noticed it n tried all his best to search for different varieties of glasses which im eligible to. Finally, we came up with a maroon one, n it came up to a total of 370 ringgit! Wow, that's wat my mum said, ppl with higher powers wil always spend more on specs as these r extraordinary n a lot of extra work r needed, hence extra money needed to be paid in.

But i wonder how cum my power is so high. My sis, who watches more tv than me, is onli 200++ onli... But me, aiyo.. Is there any corelation between power n inheritance ar..

Happy Mooncake Festival

Tattam.. Happy mooncake festival to all, n 'zhong qiu jieh kuai le', to those who understand. Hmm.. This year's shud b a special one ya.. Hopefully im able to celebrate my mooncake festival every year in malaysia, with my loved ones. It's like a reunion festival. But now less people even kids play with lanterns n so on. N traditional food like the 'ling jiao' r not as common. I duno, mb it was onli my family that din buy that. N the mooncakes, now we have more n more special n new flavours ar, from the traditional one until the jelly ones, n now there r even flavours like tiramisu and cappucino, awesome!! For those who r not in their hometowns, may u hv a great great day too k? Anyway we r under the same moon , looking at the same moon. Hehe.. take care =)

OutBREAKing

Wow.. I got a shock of my life when my cousin told me that there were recalls of vaios. THe outbreaking news has been spreading like wildfire and sony vaio appeared as the one of the top search results today. Quickly i browsed thru all the related articles n found out that sony shares has toppled to the lowest of its history due to the incident.

Luckily, my vaio is not among those who are applicable n eligible for a voluntary replacement. It was said that the problem is related to “irregularly positioned wires near the computer’s hinge and/or dislodged screw inside the hinge” that can cause a short circuit and overheat. And Sony has initiated a voluntary programme to perform a free inspection and, if necessary, a repair to ensure these units meet its high-quality standards. Thank GOd, my NOT EVEN ONE MONTH OLD baby is not 'lucky' for this. Onli the TZ series are involved, n i think most of it r from the US. N could u imagine, the TZ series ranges from 7-8k?? HOw frustating would it be when u have spend loads of money to buy a laptop and it ended up with problems, worries, and hassles. THis is such a disappointing news for the consumers and embarrassing news for sony ya. They wil need years to build up their reputation again, especially when this is not a first recall.

BUt anyway, is this going to act as a warning light for all vaio products hmm? As there might be problems or defects that r not inspected yet for other series? OH dear, SHud i start worrying bout my vaio every now n then n have a fire extinguisher with me most of the time. Now it's a very sad case, it's such a lovely notebook with such a charming n impressive outlook =(

Transformation

When i took my current photo for my applications, i notice there were enormous transformations of me these few years. That's what ppl say 'nv da shi ba bian' ar. Let's have sum flashbacks :

This was during my secondary, bout 16 o 17 tat time. My mum always complained that i looked too serious or somehow fierce while taking photos. Her statement is evident with this photo. Hehe.. The fierce, serious n dumb dumb look when i was in secondary. Hmm.. A lot of nice memories came to mind everytime i think of my secondary moments. Nice bunch of friends, hectic time during exams, sleeping in classes, piles n piles of school n tuition works, playing n encouraging around.. Hmm..

Well, i took this after i completed my form 5. Stil the dumb look, but less fierce hor.. hehe.. Chubby cheeks, looking bit fat n plump (though my height cant be observed with this photo).. I think this is the time where im the fattest. Haha..

Hmm.. This is the look of mine after my a-levels.. Have a bit of gua-zi-lian ade rite, hehe.. 'Thanks' to the pressure of my a-levels, i lost almost 5-6 kgs during the duration of course!! Ppl around wil just nagging 'eat more la', 'grow fatter la', 'u ll get sick easily with size like tis', 'u look so unhealthy' etc.. BUt i think it's not too bad rite, at least not as chubby as the former. Duno, food for a person might be poison for others. But i jz like the way i look now, since im short, it's better not to be to fat to cover my shortness. But anyway i promised my mum to eat a BIT more =P
NOw, this the current one.. Actually just bout 2-3 weeks later after the former photo. THis is bcuz the clearance wanted a photograph with white o plain lit background. Hence forced to take another photo. However, blue background looks better rite, from my state of view. So i think there's not much difference between this two, except the hair's not as tidy as the former. ANy? Mayb was fatter a bit compared to the upper photo, cuz ate BIT more lor..
