Love is patient, Love is kind

This is Jonas and I wanted to ask you to pray for my poppa. This is my mom's daddy. Poppa was admitted to the hospital late last night with fever and vomiting. He has diabetes and has a partial amputation that is possibly infected. Poppa had a 104.9 fever today and was not doing good. His fever is better in the 102 range. My poppa & susu have only lived in Little Rock for 7 days and are already stressed due to the BIG move. Thank you for thinking of them and lift their name to God each time you think of them. I love you Poppa! ~Jonas

Oh boy, Oh boy...I got to eat cake. And it was yummy. This was my first time to try something so sweet. It didn't take me long to figure out how to put my hands in it. Mom had to help me put some in my mouth and after that I decided to just go mouth-to-cake rather than use my fingers. Yummmmm!

Here I am riding on my Poppa's tank. Poppa didn't want me to get on it, so after Poppa left the house I jumped on for some pictures. I can't wait to play with it when I am older. Shhhhh. Don't tell Poppa that I was on here.

I have been helping Su-Su & Poppa move in to their new house. I don't do much but look around and hang out in boxes. I am so excited to have my grandparents just down the road from me.

Jonas went to the doc today for his 6mth check-up and shots. He weighed in at 17lbs 14oz (50th percentile) and 28 inches long (97th percentile). The doc says everything looks great. Jonas liked kicking on the table against that paper stuff because of the crunch noise. He cried some during his shots but was easily consoled. You are going to be tall like daddy! Love you lots!

Look how you have grown, Jonas. I am not sure that I remember you being this little. Your first week was a blur due to being in NICU. You are healthy now and doing great!
You weighed 8lbs 12 oz and were 21.5 inches in length. We go for your 6mth shots tomorrow and I will post your new weight/length then. Mommy & Daddy love you very much!!

Daddy & Mommy love You very much Jonas. You are a blast to have and we think you are the coolest baby around. We love to see you grow and how you change all the time. Your giggle is the most precious sound to us and we love your funny faces.

This past month I had my first scared emotion from the vaccuum cleaner, have tried many veggies & fruits and like peaches & applesauce best, mommy cut a lock of my hair that had matted up (my first dread-lock), got another ear infection (ugghhh), got my first tooth, got another tooth right next to it, Su-Su kept me for 2 weeks so I didn't go to daycare (yippppeee), I am laughing and smiling all the time, and celebrated my daddy for father's day! I had a busy month! Love you all, Jonas

These are my first pair of chuck taylors! My dad wears these all the time and I want to be like him. They are fun to wear.....my mom wants to have different colors to match certain outfits...just like a girl to do that :)....

I also love to jump in my jumparoo! Thank you nana & pops for getting me this. It is one of my favorite toys to play with. I jump so hard my hair flys up and down!
