August has went by so fast! We have been helping our friends down the road get ready for an out door reception. Craig helped them get their deck finished and I helped with their yard and in the kitchen that night. It turned out really well. The day before the reception there was an incredible storm that went thru which ripped my garden to pieces and shredde my trees leaves. They lost a few flowers but all in all they were spared.LaraLee left for college and we are entertaining our selves and getting use to being "empty nesters" again. Grandma Worwood came and stayed overnight and we had a great visit with her and played scrabble into the wee hours of the night.
Also, another neighbor up the street died of West Nile Virus yesterday but he has been working up by Soldier Summit so WEAR YOUR MESQUITO REPELLANT!

Here are pictures of the hail storm on the hot tub and the road and the flood going down the fron of our house.

"Bye Lara!"
