Lest I Forget

Today's the third day I worked at this funfair thingy by the beach. Mixed feelings bout it.

Pros: pays a little more than the restaurant plus doing less and get to meet people (other workers are mostly backpackers from Germany - for some reason lol and there's this cute French guy who couldn't understand me saying no no when I changed my mind bout him helping to set up the huge umbrella - too windy maa).

Cons: under the sun (though I haven't been feeling the heat cause it's been windy (good for surfers I guess) and I get rostered to the water slides/pools..had freezing moments cause all I have had on were shorts and a singlet underneath the holey long sleeved shirt), and I don't know when my shifts end..like they're pretty short - like not whole days, just hours..and they have been clashing with some of the shifts that I could've gotten at the restaurant when the other girls couldn't make it.

Having said all that though, I still prefer working away from the restaurant..I think there have been way too many girls since the past week..and everybody wants almost the same day offs..and I've had them asking for my shifts (fair I guess but I really would like to work lots...). Then there's also those little dramas at the restaurant. Sucks..I hope these will work out..needa earn a bit more..plus I've been spending!! Damn post Christmas sales (and pre actually hehe).

Butkan. Somehow I don't regret not going back this time. I am having fun going around earning money and meeting people and wearing hentam2 like the ozzies here do lol. Geez I hope I don't start liking this place. That'll suck....

Vid too corny but catchy number. last night we had this tall hot japanese dude with his hair tied up who looked like that azn dude in the vid (but cuter) heheh (with his white girl date tho >.>)

there's a lot to worry about.

And I haven't started revising for clinicals next year.

1 month plus left before life becomes monotonous again.
