&lt;br /&gt;
Capitano di quelle giornate che anche&amp;nbsp;una stupidissima caramella a metà mattina sia in grado di scatenarti le crisi di panico.&lt;br /&gt;
E non parlo di dubbi e pensieri ma di veri e propri respiri affannosi, mancanza d&#39;aria e tutto l&#39;allegro bailamme di imperiture senazioni da schifo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Non ci sto a vivere così.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Non ci sto a reagire così.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ma ciò che sta alla base di tutto questo mio atteggiamento malato nei confronti del cibo è più grande di me.&lt;br /&gt;
E io, non so come risolverlo.&lt;br /&gt;
E vorrei essere leggera come una piuma, per sfuggire alla pressa che mi schiaccia il petto, che mi fa svegliare in piena notte di colpo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Non sono contenta di ciò che sono, anzi quasi mi detesto. Ma non mi biasimo neanche più di tanto, dal momento che al momento non so reagire diversamente.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Oggi mi sforzerò e proverò a fare un pasto decente.&lt;br /&gt;
Che sia diverso da un paio di fragole e un&#39;albicocca.&lt;br /&gt;
Poco importa se ho saltato la colazione, passiamo al pranzo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
E magari mi sentirò un pò meglio.&lt;br /&gt;
E magari farò qualcosa di buono per me, che sia diverso dal ridursi a nulla per risolvere i problemi.&lt;br /&gt;
Chissà se ho mai riflettuto sul fatto che questo non è che un&#39;altro modo per appesantirmi ancora di più?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nota positiva: mi sono messa in testa di fare un pasto regolare, e andrò fino in fondo.&lt;br /&gt;

Giusto una piccola considerazione, di quelle che ti prendono mentre pigramente te ne stai parcheggiata nel bel mezzo di un ingorgo di proporzioni bibliche ... e non sei al centro di Roma, ma in un piccolo e a-questo-punto-non-tanto-sperduto paesello di provincia.&lt;br /&gt;
Quand&#39;è stata l&#39;ultima volta che sei passata per questa strada?&lt;br /&gt;
Eppure mi ricodo che proprio qui c&#39;era un mini supermercato GS.&lt;br /&gt;
Già.&lt;br /&gt;
Ma ora c&#39;è scritto Carrefour Express.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cavolo ieri sera con quelle due fette di pane ho davvero esagerato e ora come recupero?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ma anche stamattina sono passata davanti ad una GS e ... si al suo posto c&#39;era sempre Carrefour.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ecchedddiamine però, pure la carne ne potevo mangiare la metà ... &#39;sta fame micidiale che mi falcia lo stomaco alle 8 di sera.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ahhh ecco un altro cartellone dell&#39;ONNIPRESENTE-MANGIA-TUTTO-CARREFOUR, pure al paesello vicino ormai l&#39;insegna Gs&amp;nbsp;può entrare nel novero dei resuati postbellici ...&amp;nbsp;gli faranno un monumento ai caduti ...&lt;br /&gt;
Già me l&#39;immagino la mia nonnina alle prese con quel suo modo buffo e tenero di pronunciare l&#39;innominabile supermercato che come un caterpillar s&#39;è preso pure l&#39;ultimo dei suoi giri mattuttini.&lt;br /&gt;
Questa multinazionale s&#39;è comprata l&#39;impossibile, sembra tanto un mostro con uno stomaco senza fondo che ingloba e inghiotte tutto, anche la nostra libera scelta.&lt;br /&gt;
Lui si che ha un forte appetito, lui si che mangia, mica come me ...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A me, &#39;sta cosa di non poter scegliere tra prezzi e prodotti perché ormai ogni supermercato è uguale all&#39;altro, un pò come i gusti di una gelateria scadente, mi fa incazzare alquanto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
E scusate il francesismo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dov&#39;è la libera scelta, il libero mercato? Dove posso andare a sbattere la testa se per cercare qualcosa o anche solo uno spillo che non sia così schifosamente omologato devo macinare kilometri? Quanto tempo ancora sopravviveranno le piccole botteghe alimentari, di quelle impermeate fino al midollo di&amp;nbsp;quel fantastico profumo&amp;nbsp;di&amp;nbsp;mortadella, pane e grana grattugiato fresco?&lt;br /&gt;
Alla faccia del libero mercato, questa storia mi puzza tanto di globalizzazione selvaggia.&lt;br /&gt;
Mi viene il voltastomaco.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quasi quasi stasera mi limito a pesce lesso e verdura scondita che tra traffico, cene rimaste sulla coscienza più che sullo stomaco&amp;nbsp;e supermercati m&#39;è già passato l&#39;appetito.&lt;br /&gt;
Scusate solo lo sfogo di una che cerca a forza di risalire da un altro di ingorgo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Emotivo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Nota positiva&lt;/strong&gt;: la piccola bottega sotto casa c&#39;è ancora e sembra più agguerrita e incazzosa che mai.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Nota negativa&lt;/strong&gt;: colazione solo una tazza d&#39;orzo, pranzo due ciliegie ... e se ne stanno ancora beatamente a zonzo per il mio stomaco&lt;br /&gt;
