Brigham's First Day of Kindergarten!

Brigham was as excited as ever to start Kindergarten!! His Mother on the other hand...not so much!!! Talk about tears and fears for a first time school Mom!! It was so hard to let him go and put him out into the influence of the world and not be there by his side the whole time, but he was so ready and excited, I had to hold back my feelings at least in front of him. :) Never in a million years would I have thought my children would be attending Teton Elementary, but it is one of the best schools ever. The school is so small that there is only one class per grade so it provides a lot of one on one experiences and everyone knows just about everyone. The Secretary pretty much knows all the parents voices when they call on the phone! Brig's Teacher is Mrs. Hughes and Mrs. Bowen. They are both awesome...Mrs. Bowen is just like a Grandma to those little Kindergarteners. They all just love her!
Brig all ready for his first day of Kindergarten.
He loved that he got a new backpack and clothes. :)

He was a little nervous, but was excited that he got to sit by his buddy Keller.
(Too bad the teacher caught on and had to seperate them for talking too much!)

My Cute Boys!

I LOVE this picture of Brigham...it shows his personality completely!
Instead of catching butterflies in his net, Kason thought it would be more fun to just wear it! My boys love to help cook, hopefully I can hand that job over to them completely in a few years!
For all of you who have been around Kason, this is a very comon look...he always has some sort of injury on his head. This is actually one of the more mild ones!

Redd Family Reunion 09'

We had so much fun at the Redd family reunion! We played sand volleyball, water ballon volleyball, fished and had a picnic. Thanks to Scott and Natalie for pulling it all off this year!

Jensen and Payton making a catch!
Shar and Brigham trying to
avoid the splash! Grandma "Ellie" and Kason :)
Fishing in the pond.
Jensen and Dallin looking for some fishies. :)
Mark in his "element"...fishing and spending time with the boys!
Kason and Stockton keeping each other entertained. :)
The next best thing to the beach...a sand volleyball court!

Oquirrh Mountain Utah Temple

We were lucky enough to get to go to the Open House of the Oquirrh Mtn. Utah Temple since we had a family reunion fall at the same time. It is wonderful to think that our boys have now been to 3 Temples and have been able to walk through them. It is such a special time with them and it is amazing to see the building of Temples increasing so rapidly. We are so grateful for the Gospel and to know that we can be a Forever Family!!

First Airplane Ride!

I was ecstatic when Jonathan called us up and he found cheap tickets to fly rather than drive to California. I Love to fly and was so excited that the little boys would get a chance so early on in their lives. They loved every minute of it and tried to soak it all in. (On the otherhand, Kason was a different story! We'll just say that he finally started to fall asleep the moment we landed in California!)

Kason always wanted to talk to "Jonphan" on the plane ride...just a little f.y.i. he was two rows back from us! :)

Family Pictures

For the first time in a long time the whole family was together, so we took advantage of the fact and got family pictures.
The pictures kind of all speak for themselves, and the memories are unforgettable!
(Can we say hillarious!)
All the grandkids!

Our Boys' First Time To The Beach!

Towards the end of our vacation we were able to squeeze in an afternoon at the beach. My boys were so excited that they were actually going to the real thing! They absolutely LOVE fish and everything that surrounds them ...to say the least, they were in Heaven!!
Kason playing in his "hole"
Ben had the genious idea to build "babysitter holes" to keep track of the little ones. They were awesome! Because of the holes being so deep, they couldn't climb out without help from an adult!! :) Plus what little child wouldn't just love to play in their own sand hole?! It worked great!
Jensen loved collecting sand crabs!
And Brigham loved getting buried!
All of us burying Mark and trying not to get it in his contacts. :)
Jump roping with sea weed...does it get much better?!
Grandpa helped the little ones build a sand castle to remember. :)
The finished project!
