Little Latter Day Saint
{Mesa, AZ temple}
Sometimes, Dallen has a hard time with the concept of reverence at church. Other times, he completely surprises me. Lately at church, Dallen has been repeating all the words he recognizes as he listens to the speakers: "Book of Mormon", "Nephi", "prophet", etc. And it just melts my heart when he will start singing a primary song that I didn't know he had learned in his trips to the big kid primary. It seems like yesterday that Dallen was just learning to walk and I couldn't wait for him to be old enough for nursery, and now he is weeks away from moving into Sunbeams. I am so grateful for the church and that Dallen has the opportunity to be raised in it. I know it is so important for him and I love watching him learn and grow in the gospel.{pictures from October 2011}

Picture Dump
I seriously hate to do this because my blog is all about chronologically documenting mine and my familys life, but I am SO far behind this is really the only way I am ever going to get caught up. So here are some pictures we've missed from the month of October.
{tell me these boys aren't the cutest, so thankful for good park weather}{finished out high school football season as faithful fans}
{Dallen waited all year for the pumpkin patch to open again, he loves it}
{we were pretty proud of our Mr. Potato Head pirate pumpkin creation}
{we didn't take many pictures of Dallen in his last minute costume purchase this year cause you couldn't see his cute face in it}
The month of October was a great one and November is flying by. This baby girl will be here before we know it!! Bring on December...

Feeling the Love
I have the best friends here in AZ a girl could ever ask for. My sweet friend Kimmie got all my friends from my old ward together for a little lunch shower. It was honestly so perfect, a good time with friends, good food, fun for the kids and best of all adorable presents for me (I mean baby girl).
My sweet group of besties were SO excited to have a shower for the first girl to be born into our group. Between the four of us we have 7 boys and NO girls!! I just know they are going to love and spoil her as much as they have me. I love my friends!!! Thank you everyone for making my little girl the most stylish in town and making her Momma feel SO loved.

A Little Getaway
I was so thankful that Dallen and I could get away for one last week in California before baby sister gets here. We had so much spontaneous fun while on our trip.
At the spectrum, a must visit every time I go home... {dallen was definitely born and raised in arizona cause he thinks every fountain is a splash pad}
{dinner with mimi and grandpa, and the laidlaws in glendora}
{all tuckered out in his sunglasses at night}
A beautiful day at the beach with Mom...
We had some fun with friends...
{mans best friend. these two together were just so cute.}
We LOVED the little petting zoo trip...

{the petting zoo was right next to the old downtown sjc train station}
And the reason for the whole trip, my shower with my sister...

Everything about the trip was so great!! The shower was wonderful (thank you Mom) and Grandpa was a fantastic babysitter (thank you Dad). We are so excited for our next trip as a family of 4, hopefully in January to meet my first niece :)
