Well I broke our little digital camera over New Years. I dropped it in the snow up at Island Park when I was trying to take a picture of the kids going snomobiling :(
Thus I don't have any new pictures since the holidays and havn't been blogging much since then either. So, I have been borrowing my mom's camera at special events and things, so that we at least have some pictures as of late. Hopefully I can get a new camera for my birthday coming up ;)!
Lately Aldon has been doing Basketball. He is on the Hawks team, and has been loving it! He has never ever dribbled a ball, let alone played BB on a team before.....but he's got some mean Defense skills! He can block anyone anywhere, but as for getting the ball to shoot it for a shot...not likely. It is so hilarious to watch all of these little 5yr olds runnin with the Bball and trying to dribble, he is so stinkin cute. He'll ask me after the game "Did you see me wit m arms up? I was blocking good, huh?! " So Cute. Ball... what... ball? It's all about stickin with your guy and keepin your arms up, right? I'll post pictures as soon as I get my moms SD card from her camera :)
Also, Adi is fully potty-trained when we are at our house. We are still working on bedtimes and when we go out on errands. She has a hard time remembering to tell me she has to go to the potty if we are away from home, but the second we step in our door she runs rt to the potty and takes off her pull-up and then after puts on her big girl panties! Whew! We are getting there, Yay!
Aisley is doing a little better each day. It's still a struggle with her spitting up all the time, but she has at least been gaining weight. We took her to see a GI specialist and they said her stomach looks good no other problems, she'll just have severe Reflux until around 24 months til she grows out of it!! They did recommend us start feeding her 2 oz of Pear Juice or White Grape Juice each day. They said it relieves constipation in babies and thus if they are plugged up then they spit up more. Since we have stopped nursing and have had to switch to formula she has been a little, so the juice has been helping. She is still a smiley little thing and has been getting more and more active with her reaching for toys and putting everything in her grasp into her mouth, including both her fists at the same time! At 3 months now, she still looks like a tiny little thing, but she weighed 10lbs 7oz last week at her check-up! So she is our almost 4 month old baby that looks like she is still 1 month, but Happy as Ever!!
