Traditional July4th breakfast at the church. This year with two great scouts "posting the colors"! Spencer and Brock, great job!
We met some friends this year at the breakfast we had not seen for about 35 years from Flagstaff! So great to update with friends and lives.
Some friends The Walker's let us watch the fireworks from the deck of their lake front condo. This is overlooking the marina before the show.
Watching!
And......beautiful!!! The small lights underneath the fireworks are some of the boats out on the lake. A great night with dinner at the Gidley's with their family as well as ours and Mom! It was a good day!

Yutah's Last Day

All the cousins were so sad to see Connor and Yutah leave to go back home. For Yutah's last day we went to the park in town for a picnic lunch.
Spent a little time at the lake. Of course the water was cold but Yutah still wanted to go swimming. Maybe tonight we will go to the hot springs.
And last but not least.......tradition in McCall.......ICE CREAM ALLEY!
Good memories and lots of fun!!! We will all miss the boys!

Today was Father's Day and also Clyde's Birthday. We went to the Riggins, Idaho Branch for church since Clyde and Russ both spoke there.
We were proud of Yutah and Connor, they were the only deacons there so they passed the sacrament. We then stopped on the way home to take pictures of the beautiful waterfalls.
After we got home and had a wonderful dinner we played games. Had a ball as you can tell. Especially by the next picture.

Campfire Fun

The first order of business is work and then play. The grandkids worked to clean up the firepit and do some staining etc.

Then the first hotdog roast at the firepit of the season. So much rain and finally the sun came out enough to dry things out so we could eat outside and play with the Napier family "kick the can". RUN JOE RUN!!!! What a great time with the kids.

Another "BEST DAY"

Yesterday was a wonderful day for our family. Sweet Rachel Marie Jones was baptised and beautiful Lydia Elaine Jones was blessed. We were so happy that our son-in-law, Russ, gave such beautiful blessings to each of them. What a wonderful family. We will miss them so much when they move to Arizona to start their teaching career at Thatcher, Arizona High School. Mixed emotions to say the least.

LIFE'S MIRACLES

Our 17th and final grandchild. She is beautiful and we truly experienced a wonderful miracle yesterday, March 28th, 2011. Isn't this a sweet family. With all the struggles we are all experiencing at this time, Heavenly Father makes sure we realize the miracles He provides and the tender mercies that He extends to all of us.
