We went to Wimberley last weekend with Nathan's mom and stepdad. We had such a nice, relaxing time. Unforunately, we were so busy relaxing that we didn't take many pictures. Here's a few...

Jackson rough-housing with Grandpa Rick (something he spent a lot of time doing). We also went to Hamilton's Pool, a natural swimming hole between Wimberely and Austin. It would have been really great, but it was a little cold for Jackson and a little rocky for a baby. And, the hike up the hill to the car ALMOST KILLED me. I mean, I can hike the entire Galleria in heels, but that's about the extent of my hiking abilities. I do not do uphill, okay? Here's a picture of Huddy on the hike...

The first weekend in August we took Jackson to see The Wiggles at the Toyota Center. Jackson has been a die-hard Wiggles fan since he was about 3 months old (seriously, he would watch an entire Wiggles video by 6 months). I know they are totally cheesy, but anyone who has ever seen them live knows that they are hysterical- for adults too! They laugh and make fun of themselves and their shows are really fun. We took Jackson the year before last too, but he was too young. This year he LOVED it. I am not kidding- he was so excitedwhen he first saw them on the stage that Nathan and I both teared up...it was the sweetest thing I have ever seen. These pics don't completely capture his excitement, but just to give you an idea...
