By booking my services, you agree to the following:
1️⃣ Payment & Currency
All prices are listed in your local currency (AUD, USD, GBP, etc.) and will be billed accordingly.
Once you book in, you will be billed with a due date of when your project is starting.
2️⃣ Turnaround Times
Turnaround times will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Delays may occur if requested materials, files, or information are not provided promptly.
3️⃣ Revisions
Most services include 1–2 rounds of minor revisions (unless otherwise stated). Major changes or additional revisions may incur extra charges.
4️⃣ Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made before work starts will receive a credit for a future service. Once work has begun, refunds will not be available but a credit will be issued for a future service.
5️⃣ Your Responsibilities
You must ensure all materials you provide are your own or properly licensed. I am not responsible for any copyright infringement if you supply unlicensed content.
6️⃣ Usage Rights
You may use the final work for personal or commercial purposes as intended.
7️⃣ Communication
Please use email or DMs for communication. If you require urgent updates, let me know in advance so I can schedule accordingly.💌
