Enjoying our new life with Malia

2 weeks old!!

Hi friends and family, here are the latest adventures in the Koch family. Miss Malia has met her NC family, Charleston friends, tried out new toys, and has even made her first appearance to church. Wes and I were very proud in that she made it through the entire church service her very first time! It's hard to believe she is already 2 weeks old. Hope you enjoy!!

Malia...1 week old

Clemson Girl!

Well, it's been 1 week already and we have survived!! She has had a couple of rough nights, but we can't complain. We are so blessed to have such a good sweet baby girl. We still look at her and can't believe she is ours. I thought I'd post some new pictures. Enjoy!!

She loves taking a bath

How she got her nick name...Munkey!

Mommy, I am already exhausted.

Malia Lynn...our angel

She's here!!!! The Koch Family is proud to announce the arrival of Malia Lynn Koch! Malia was born at 6:50pm on June 12th, 2008. Malia weighed 8lbs 6oz, and was 21 inches long. Malia has beautiful dark hair, the cutest little lips, and wide eyes that will make your heart melt! Everything with Malia is perfect...she loves her room, and she sleeps...well, like a baby in her new bed. She definitely proves that she's a member of our family at mealtime...she can eat like crazy! God has blessed us with a little angel, straight from heaven. Malia told us last night that she can't wait to meet all of her new family and friends! Thank you all for your gifts, your prayers, and your support through our pregnancy. Mission accomplished!

Our Baptism

Hurray! Wes, myself, and Malia were Baptized together. Both Wes and I were Baptized as children, but we thought it would be a great idea to do it now as adults since we fully understand what we are doing. It was an amazing experience to say the least. Thank you to my mother and to all of our friends that came out to provide support. It was an experience that we will never forget, not to mention how cool it's going to be to explain this to Malia later in life. I know I have said it before, but God truly is AMAZING!
