Megan is 23

Megan is getting up there in years. Monday was her 23rd Birthday. As Alison pointed out it was magic day or something like that because it was her 23rd Birthday on the 23rd. That evening Dax, Megan and I went to dinner with some good friends to Buca de Beppo. It was some really good eating. I thouroughly enjoyed the huge plate of fettecine. When we got to the restaurant we were able to get our own private room because a reservation had not been made for it already. That was really nice to have. Here is a picture of all of us at the restaurant.
Dax, Dan, Cetta, Allison, Katie, Pants, Brant, Megs and Me.

After dinner we headed over to the Lilly's for some birthday cake. Katie and Lucetta had made a cake for her and everyone thought it fit her perfectly.

When Megan walked into the kitchen saw the caked that was made for her she loved it. These pictures are of Megs reaction when she saw the cake and of the cake itself. Megan loves her soda, so to have a pepsi can cake was great, and to have the cake be made with triple chocolate fudge was awesome. Due to difficulties with trying to match colors a Dr Pepper can was not made. She still loves her Pepsi though.
It was a very fun evening with our friends. The downfall is Megan loves her presents on her birthday and the gift that I bought was delayed in shipping and didn't get here on time. Sorry about that babe.

A funny thing happened that night as well. While Megan and I were at the Lilly's house Brett and Shanlee came over to the house. Brett found my phone and called Megans cell phone. All he did when calling was breath heavily into the phone and freak Megan out. Since it was my phone I must admit that I was a little freaked out myself. Then when we got to the house it was locked but we hadn't locked it. Afterwards, we could all laugh about it.
We stayed up late with our friends just talking and having a good time. HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABE.

Who ever said playing "Dress Up" was just for girls... THINK again

So for all of you people who think you can't play dress up with your lil' boys... it's not true. Below is how we played dress up!

Dax loves his bear, he took off the sweatband and had it around his arm... and then I got the idea to.... Put them on his cute outfit
We have an outfit of the U of U so Sam and I decided to put him in that so he looked more "sporty" The Greatest Idea that we had! Take off the Jazz Bear's Uniform and see if it fit over his huge head and oh by golly it did!
Dax and Sam just chillin'

Swingin' Away

Do I need to say much more than that? Dax has upgraded to a "big kid" swing and loves every minute of it! He is also started to roll over... okay once but still its a start right? He loves his jumproo that we have for him. He is starting to babble a little bit more ( I do have to make sure that he can talk at a young age, after all... he is my child, right Dad?)

San Fran # 2

So Clint Graduated! GO CLINT! My parents decided that they were going to be nice enough to drive to San Fran for his graduation, and Sam and I went with them! It was so much fun, listening to Les Miserables in the car, watching my mom sleep more than Dax and just having a fun overall drive through NEVADA! I don't know how would want to live in the that part of Nevada.. cause its just plain out there in the middle of NO WHERE... Anyways, we had a lot of fun and here are some pictures for viewing

ANYWAYS, while Dax and I were in San Fran, Sam was down at Grandpa and Grandma's Farm for a work party. He had so mch fun. Instead of flying home to SLC, I flew to Vegas so I could go and see some of the family. My Aunts are always so much fun to see. On Monday, Tyson, Dax and I went swimming alot in Aunt Judy's pool.
